Customer service stinks more and more!! The long hair blonde that works in the morning is very sarcastic, for no reason. People coming in early in the morning to patron your store before they go to work shouldn't have to deal with any kind of unwarranted rude behavior. I frequent this location ALOT in the morning. But not anymore, 711 close to the intersection for the win, from here on out. Oh! And just a reminder for the business and employee having good/decent customers service to people that patron your store is part of the pay. To be rude to people coming in the store like they are the problem isnt good for business.

Users beware of you use Apple Pay QR with Exxon Mobile Rewards app pumps aren’t numbered correctly I was at pump 3 and it said it authorized Pump 1 and I had to cancel transaction I left to go to different Exxon. I recommend going to one that actually has tap to pay at the pumps.

Worst customer service that I have used. Their pumps will not accept reward cards and management said they were new pumps.

On the corner of Holland and Rosemont sits this Exxon gas station/7-eleven combo. They do have a plexi glass shield up at the counter. (Review written 5/26/2020, Covid-19 era.) Convenient location, a little dated, but customer service was good, super quick transaction. Get your gas, coffee, snacks, the usual. *Review #44 of 2020.

Credit card machine does not work at pumps pay inside is your only option! Quite inconvenient when there’s a 10 person line!

This 711 is always pretty busy. I can only assume it's because of its location. The service is pretty average. The store is kept neat and well stocked. The restroom is decent as far as a 711 goes. Not too too sketchy. I reccomend this location for a quick Pitt stop
