I wouldn't ship with these guys if you paid me. Worst customer service in my 62 years of living. Drivers lie about stopping at house and even with documented proof customer service does nothing. Should be allowed to stay in business

I rushed in on a Thursday evening 5 minutes before closing with 4 packages I really wanted to get out to ensure they arrived the following Monday for a meeting. I wish I would have gotten the desk clerk's name, while she told me there was a high possibility they would not make the truck, she was very friendly & diligent in preparing the packages. I checked this morning and they indeed made the truck & are on track to arrive when I wanted. Thank you!

I can't comment on this particular shipping center. But delivery in the virginia beach area is not reliable. They can't deliver by the projected time frame. Their drivers deliver it to wrong address. Companies should stop using fedex to deliver their customers' packages.

Tried to deliver to my house(with signature), left a door tag, I called when I got home from work and explained that I dont want to have to sign for it because i cant get off work early enough to be home at 3pm. Everything was fine and they said I wouldnt have to sign. Then received a call from this location on international. The lady told me because its cologne it cannot be dropped off without a signature. I set it up to be picked up in the store with that lady over the phone. Any time I've had to do this with UPS or USPS I have given them my valid driver's license with my up-to-date address, and there were no problems. The lady i spoke with did not let me know at any point that I would need the tracking or door tag number. Today I finished my 10 hour long shift at the hospital and went in to pick up my package but they wouldnt give it to me because I didnt have the door tag or tracking, just my proof of person and address. The lady at the front desk was rude and tried to tell me it was MY fault for not being home at 3pm when the package delivery was attempted. I asked her if she was willing to admit that they were wrong for not letting the customer know they need to bring the little door tag in or have the tracking number, and she denied all accountability. Truly God awful customer servic. I live 30 minutes away from that location and it was a huge inconvenience, which I let her know....to which ehe responded that this wasnt her problem. Listen lady, if you hate your job or dealing with people every day, pick a new line of work.

FedEx has repeatedly delivered packages to the wrong address. This last time they delivered to a wrong address and I have not been able to obtain my package, worth over $700. They also have delivered perishable goods that go bad because they sit on the truck too long. When you call the number you get some out sourced people in a foreign country. This company needs to cease to exist. I never have this problem with UPS. Who is being held accountable when they lose your packages?

This rating is not in regards to this particular shipping center. It is about FedEx in general. They have to be the worst shipping company out there. They can never maintain a schedule, not even when the weather is perfect. I never use them and never will but unfortunately I'm at the mercy of companies I buy from that do use them.

Just stood outside for 20 minutes waiting for this facility to open. Lights out, no one in the office. Hours say Saturdays 9am. No sign on the door that they are closed. So, what gives?
