SUCH GREAT SERVICE. Won't try to talk you into anything extra, quick to repair, honest, and the price is right. What more could you ask for? It's not fancy, but who cares about that! Just go there and stop looking at other reviews. You won't be disappointed.

Mark was very friendly and easy to work with. My check engine light was on, which he quickly determined was due to it not being reset after a recent oil change. He sent me on my way without allowing me to pay him for his work/time. Great and honest guy that I will be using exclusively for all future auto needs

I was making an appointment online when I called Firestone to ask questions regarding payments. When I spoke with the associate on 1/18 around 9 am he told me that they accepted Apple Pay! I said that's great and went ahead and scheduled my appointment on the phone with him. (By the way an appointment doesn't mean a damn thing and I found out That after seeing my car sit in a lot for 5 hours without being touched). After dropping my car off for my noon appointment they called me at 530 pm saying it was finally ready and when I arrived guess what didn't work at all .... the Apple Pay. After me basing my whole oil change off of that because that's the only form of payment I had at the moment. I do not recommend coming here nor to any firestones for that matter because they don't take what you say. Also be aware of hidden fees because they'll charge you for everything and more.

Mark is very friendly and up front about what work needs to be done on your vehicle and what isn't required or needed. Prices much more reasonable than dealership. Mark gave an honest opinion about my vehicle's condition and his recommendations were helpful. Mark and his son did a great job on the work and I will use them again!

Ok so if you need your car back at a decent time then this isn't your place. My car had been done for 3 hours and in stead of calling me to let me know it was done the decided to just park it outside and do a BS shop meeting and close early. All I needed was a alignment but this is definitely the last time I'm doing business here. I would give them a one star review but they at least did what I asked.

i will never, ever go to this location ever again in life!!!!every time i go there's always someone new working up front so they don't get to know their customers and they're so slow when it comes to doing the simplest thing like an oil change. this last time takes the cake. i told them my car was misfiring, and shaking when i drove it and may need a tune up and spark plugs and they ran with that and instaled the new spark plugs and i still have the same problem. what kind of repair shop doesn't see what actually needs to be done before starting a repair??? and then charge $300.00!!! i had to go to the dealer to get the real problem fixed for $600.00!!!! they say you get what you pay for so i won't be going back!!!!!!

I couldn't be happier with my experience. When I walked in I KNEW UP FRONT that my alignment might not get done until around 6pm. So I went over to Starbucks and waited many hours BUT again I knew that ahead of time. The girl who helped me at the desk even came over to Starbucks to talk to me about findings during the inspection. The manager who helped me behind the counter was amazing. I never felt like I was being forced or swindled. Now let's talk about state inspections. Yes, I had my car inspected here and yes it failed. Here's the thing--MY CAR failing inspection is NOT THE FAULT of the repair shop. It's a 15 year old car and only 1 thing needed repair. I wish every Virginian had to bring their car to Firestone for inspection bc I feel safer knowing that literally everything was checked twice. I knew that this part was going to fail soon--just based on mileage so it wasn't a surprise. The gentleman Carl suggested another item for replacement that was not mandatory for my inspection. This windshield wiper part was not a surprise to me because I knew it was going bad. So no I never felt swindled or pushed into sales. Read the negative reviews before choosing not to come here. Most of the negative reviews have to do with state inspections. Feel comfortable coming here and having work done--I do!

Stay away if you're trying to get a state inspection done. Arrived at 7:30am(opened at 7am). Told if I left my car, it would be done sometime "Tomorrow"..... I commented asking why so long and manager said because it was first come, first served for an inspection. I then asked how long it took for each inspection because there was only(I counted driving in) 11 cars in the lot. He wouldn't answer. I then went to the Firestone on S. Military and Providence and they had my vehicle in within 10 minutes.

DO NOT bring your vehicle here if you are a female. They will see you as an easy target to try and make money off of you. I brought my vehicle here for a state inspection, and the lady rattled off about 8 different things that needed to be done, and about 4 that "absolutely" needed to be done totally around $5000.00. Sorry, you are not pulling one over my eyes, I happen to know about vehicles and used to work on my own, I'm not falling for your tricks!!!! I took it to shop #2 and it passed inspection with flying colors!

Tune up ran $298.45, in which they charged me $95.96(not including labor) for 4 spark plugs that Amazon has for $25.00 for a pack of 4. Same ones. Also everytime i get an oil change they never do a good job cleaning up. There is always run off that i have to clean the floor. And they say a courtesy check was performed but i had no windshield wiper fluid and was not informed. If you going to charge outrageous prices, at least provide outstanding service. Been coming here for over 5 years. This was the last time.... Garbage.

Outstanding, honest and reliable. Made online appt for new tires and state inspection. Could not make appointments for inspection but was told first come first serve, get it there by 7 am and *should* be done by noon. Finished by 9 am, provided shuttle to pick me up, and informed me of future things to keep my eye on. Appreciate the integrity and honesty. Customer service 5 stars

I ordered tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped here for installation. Setting up an appointment and getting them installed was easy! Later my TPMS sensor went out so I called to ask about pricing. The service desk woman was incredibly cordial and when she found out I wasn't able to drop my car off as it's my only car, she managed to wiggle me into an already booked schedule. Not sure what the bad reviews are about but every time I've come here I've had excellent service and courteous staff. I have no problems recommending this shop to others.
