We stopped in without an appointment while visiting from out of town when due to a low tire pressure warning. We were greeted warmly, advised they would take care of the issue and have us on our way within an hour and they did just that. Would definitely recommend this Firestone location for its prompt, professional and honest service. Great job!!!!

Shoutout to these guys! always receive excellent customer service at a fair price. Recently had an appointment for a tire patch, they had me in and out in a little over an hour. That was even with having to replace the tire instead of patching it.

Great service! I was getting new tires installed up the street when the shop informed me they were unable to do an alignment. I called Firestone and they got me in immediately AND figured out an issue that no other shop could find. Chad was a pleasure to work with and I will most definitely be using this Firestone location moving forward. Thanks again guys!

I was caught with a dead battery in my car. I searched Google and selected this particular Firestone store on Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach, VA. I was panicked, and called. I was told they could install a new battery right then. I got a jump and went there. The manager, Mark, was absolutely terrific. He got to my car right away as I waited in the store. About 40 minutes later I was off with a new battery in my car. Excellent customer service and reliable product. I'm very pleased.

Prompt courteous service. Contacted store late on a Saturday afternoon seeking a tire repair. Without hesitation manager told me to come in. I arrived shortly after my initial call. I was quickly greeted and written up. Car was taken in shortly there after. What I was hoping was a quick tire repair turned into needing a new tire. Tech was able to complete installation quickly. This was one of the best experiences I've had having an emergency service done, especially on a Saturday very close to closing time. I highly recommend this location. I will be returning there for all of my maintenance needs. Great staff, excellent manager.
