Have been going to this location for years was always my go to spot.. took my car there on 6/25/25 for some work picked up on 6/27/25 to find out my catalytic converter was cut out. The staff said there was nothing they can do and they are not responsible. The location has no exterior cameras the staff claim firestone will not allow cameras outside... I would avoid this location.... they have lost a life long customer. I will never go back. And I will definitely not refer anyone to this location.

Did an oil change here, thinking I was not going to get scammed or bad job done in a big company that Firestone is.
Well I was wrong.
1 week later my car said I need oil change again and that my oil was low.
I had to personally put oil in the car.
Crazy how these people just love to take your money to do a lazy shitty job. Or not do the job.
Do not go there.

The Manager Mr. Eric Lender is second to none. Always courteous and professional. His employees are the same and don't recommend unnecessary services for profit.

We asked for a regular oil change, the same thing we got last time. When we picked up the vehicle, they charged me for a high mileage oil change, $40 more than the standard oil change. They have our last oil change on the computer, and we said just a regular oil change. They took advantage of us. We were taking our four vehicles there for maintenance, but don’t want to use someone I can’t trust.

I dropped off my truck the night before because the representative told me they could pull it in around 9 the next morning. By 3:30, they finally got my truck in to start the diagnosis. This Firestone closes at 7, so I called at 6:15 to get an update. All of the service technicians had already left, and my truck was still on the lift. I told them I needed my truck done that day because I needed it the next morning. Barely any notes on the diagnosis were made as well. I came to the shop to pick up the truck, and it was stuck on the lift! The manager had to be called in to get my truck off so I could take it. Absolutely terrible customer service and planning by this business. I will be taking my business elsewhere, even if that means paying more.

Becca was incredible! She looked up the products I needed, got them, got me in and out in a Jiffy! She definitely has the Midas Touch! HR hit the jackpot in the mine, a key gem in customer service!

What they did they did well. However they did Not do everything I requested. Thus they lost my revenue and I had to make time to get my work done elsewhere.
Disappointed.
