Very Bad service I made an appointment for 12 noon, I got there early, sat for over an hour then noticed they were pulling my vehicle in after 1:00, no way was I going to sit any long. What was the point of making an appointment. I won't be returning!

I went to this location to have a bolt removed from my tire on my brand new 2023 dodge Challenger scat pack, the tech could not remove the bolt without making the tire unrepairable is what I was told, I said please just put it back on and I'll go to the dealership because they are under warranty, did a glance over and it looked ok, not the case the tech put 2 deep scratches on my rim, the manager denied responsibility and corporate did as well, I thought I was going to a reputable business, again not the case, just found out that my tires are not even patchable due to the rating on them, something Firestone should have known considering they specialize in tires, I wouldn't go to them for any reason.

I came in with a 1987 Fiero that hadn't had air conditioning in at least a decade. I got the car back the same day for less than $200, air blowing cold and holding vacuum. I can only assume they did this with magic. The folks are friendly and never tried to upsell me, but their work really speaks for itself. I highly recommend this shop.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I would rate 0 stars if I could. They repeatedly misquote times - within reason that's fine, but when they insist something will take 1 day, and it instead takes 3 and there's no explanation for it... there's no excuse whatsoever. They promise to call back with updates, or at specific times and instead they practically ghost you. When you call them, you'll be on hold forever just to eventually be told that after 2 business days of having your car that the technician isn't there yet like he's supposed to be, or is "still working on it" with no headway, no diagnosis, nothing.
This place is just plain unprofessional. Take your car anywhere else, because they have many more reviews with experiences like this.

Made an appt and got an email saying it's been received and I will be contacted if any issues arise. I showed up the next day and was told I needed to call the store to confirm my appt. That's a first since I've been to Firestone many times but a different location. I'm told it will be about 3-4 hrs until I'm seen. I left and went to J&M Tire World down the street and was done in 15 mins. Now I know where to go for flat tires. What's the point of making an online appt when I needed to also call the shop? Why not mention in the confirmation email that I needed to also call the shop? Last time I'm going to this Firestone location.
