The two people I talked with were very nice and happy to answer all of my questions. The estimated time it would take was very close.I also like the fact that your people test drive a vehicle after working on it. My car was aligned and it was done wonderfully!I have had other places not test drive and have the steering wheel not set straight. Definitely bringing my other cars here for work

Did a Tire Rack delivery thing - and eveyone here was fantastic and sharp.. even funny. It was new shoes for a 2000 Jeep.. "Does it have TPMS"? ... "Noo, it doesnt even care if you have your seatbelt on" ... *laughter from the counter :) ... Perfect job, attentive, friendly and on the mark in all respects. Easy and painless. Definitely recommend.

This Firestone will rob you blind if you let them. The tire light came on on my mom's Nissan and she brought it here to have them fill it, which they did. She left and drove home, and the tire light never went off so she brought it back the next day they told her the sensorS in her TMPS system were bad and charged her $828 to replace all four sensors. We took the car in there the other day as it has lost air pressure and was driving strange. They charged $10 to put the car on the lift and look at everything, but the tire light was still on and would not go out. I took her car to NTB the next day and told them about the experience with Firestone. They thought it was very odd and highly unlikely that all four sensors would go at the same time, which is exactly what I thought. Women and older folks beware!

Customer service was excellent! Wait wasn't long at all even though it was quite a few people waiting. Tyler did a great job of explaning everything and was very helpful. Definitely will go back when i need more work done

I dropped my truck off at 1915 on Thursday ,I placed my key and envelope on the red drop box. I went by the store going to an appointment at 0900 , the truck wasn’t moved and my wife drove by at 1700 and it was in the same spot. I called the store Friday at 1830 and it took them 7 mins to locate my key , they said it was on a shelf in the drop box , so that wasted a whole day,They said it would be completed Saturday, which is was do by 1115 when called me , The issue is was my key secure in the box since they didn’t see it the next morning. When would the maintenance would’ve been completed if I hadn’t called?I had to call Thursday morning to ensure they could do state inspections, since last month , they didn’t have inspectors to do it and I Jade to take it to NTB.I was a Goodyear customer for 30 plus years and left them earlier this because of some of the same issues.As I told the manager Firestone was trending the wrong direction, She didn’t rely what happened to my tru

The issue has nothing to do with the degree of service. what it does reflect is a lack of honesty and integrity. I dropped my car off for service yesterday and picked it up today. I had a very nice custom key ring that some asshole of a thief decided they had to take. Not too hard to figure out, it was either the person doing the paperwork at the front desk, or the person working on my car. The fact that someone decided to steal something as simple as a well made keychain makes you wonder what else is being stolen, how often, and at what cost to us, the customers. To think that an employee took the time to unscrew a bolt in order to remove my key fob while supposedly doing the required work on my car makes you wonder just who is doing the stealing, who is aware of the stealing take place, and who condones it? A national chain that has an issue with theft of customers property makes you wonder just how much is tolerated, and to what degree, and are they truly deserving of our business?
