I had an exceptional experience at Sunoco thanks to their wonderful cashier, Misty. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive, making my checkout process smooth and pleasant. Misty's positive attitude and willingness to assist with any questions truly stood out. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Sunoco and hope to see Misty there again!

If only zero was an option. Pulled up needing diesel and propane. Both were blocked by ship vehicles. I ask the lady at the register what to do. She says, " go tell the mechanics to move it".
I said, excuse, I am the customer looking to buy gas and propoane. I don't work here.
She said, "well then, go buy gas somewhere else"
I left.

Gave me bad gas in my bike and it ended up killing my fuel pump 5 minutes after filling up. Bike was running completely fine before using this gas station.

Had a flat tire on a rental car pulled in to see if they had an air pump turns out they were closed, but not only did they still pump my tire up but checked it out and found a bolt. They told me I wouldn’t make it back to the rental car place even with it being full due to the size of the hole so they plugged the tire for me and would not take any money for it. Make sure you get your gas and your car service here exceptional service.

I had a good experience here getting my ADAS radar re-calibrated. The alignment is perfect thanks to technician Larry. Sure, they will offer you all kinds of things to spend money on, that's the job of a shop.. you don't have to agree. I am happy with the service I received, and would go there again if I ever need another ADAS calibration. (I do all my own work on my cars.)

Total rip-off. I rarely write reviews but these people are dishonest and just want your money. They recommended a fuel injection on my year old car when they are supposed to be done minimum every 3 years. They charged me $600+ for a state inspection, oil change, filter replacement and fuel injection. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I brought my car in for a state inspection. They sent me the inspection run down and said my left front marker light on my 2016 Jeep wrangler was out and it wouldn't pass inspection without it. I authorized them to change the light bulb. When I picked it up I was floored to find that the cost was $117, the state inspection was only $20. They said that the labor for replacing the light bulb was alot for my vehicle. I looked up the procedure on Youtube when I got home and it only takes less than 5 minutes to change that light bulb. They charged me $4.35 for the bulb which is not bad, but $84.41 for labor. I will not be returning to FL for anything, suggest you don't either.

This was my first experience with FL. It may be my last. I made an appointment for 8 am. I was there before 8 and was one of the first in the office. I requested that my brakes be inspected and then to receive a call to discuss the findings. At 2:30 that day, I had heard nothing. I called and was told the tech was looking at my truck then. So 6 1/2 hours had elapsed, and no work had been done. Why? I had an 8 am appointment. At 3:30, FL called, told me what they thought should be done with my rear brakes, and I authorized the work. The service advisor said they'd have to order the parts and my truck should be ready by 5 pm the next day. At 2:30 on day 2, I received a call and was told it was ready. Why wasn't the brake inspection and needed work promptly done on day 1? Fortunately, I was able to do without my vehicle for another day. Most people can't. There was no communication from FL saying the work was delayed and would go into the next day. I learned this because I called. FL also sent me a detailed list of all the work they recommended be done to my truck that totaled $2,000. I didn't ask for this kind of inspection/assessment to be done. No wonder the work I wanted done took so long. This smacks of trying to upsell more work instead of doing promptly what I asked to be done. They charged me $600 for rear brake pads and rotors. Seems a bit high. They also charged $85 to inspect the brakes and ~$70 for "job supplies" in addition to the cost of parts. And then there's $76 in labor to replace a burned out brake light bulb! Now, the office staff was certainly courteous and professional. But the overall experience left me thinking I should consider other service providers, although I may give FL another chance. If I do, I will ask a lot more questions and set some clear expectations.

Avoid this place at all cost because if you go, especially if you're a woman it's going to cost you. The most absorbent prices I have ever seen. After the repair I still had a problem and when I brought it back they were trying to squeeze more thousands of dollars out of me. For the good of humanity I hope this place goes out of business!

WATCH OUT LADIES!! DO NOT GO HERE!! NOT HONEST!! PRICE GOUGERS!! THEY ARE WAY OVER-PRICED AND WILL FAIL YOUR INSPECTION FOR THINGS THAT ARE ALLOWED TO PASS!! DO NOT GO HERE!! #1-- $8 for a bulb, ok- I get it! NOT $79 to install it!?! equaling $87!?! I bought the bulb at Auto Zone- the guys in there were repulsed at First Landing's price gouging! My son installed it in 10 min! DO NOT GO HERE!! #2 -- By the inspection manual the motor mount cannot make you fail because it is a captured bushing- it cannot come apart, just make a terrible noise until you want to fix it. They wanted $636 for that! DO NOT GO HERE!! #3-- Rear brakes measured 2mm- that does not fail VA inspection. It means get some soon but they wanted $654 to change my brakes and fluid!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!

I paid $115 for an oil change and state inspection which is pretty steep in my experience. No issues with the staff or service, they were fine. Car failed inspection for a few reasons, asked how much it would be to fix them and was told about $1300. Sway bar links on Amazon are 34$ and the headlight fixture I needed to replace was about $140. That comes out to a little over $1100 in labor for two relatively superficial fixes that I'll do at home. Again, pretty steep. Overall, no issues with staff and service but if you're looking to save a buck or even pay an average market price, this probably isn't your place. I wish I'd looked at other reviews prior to scheduling because looks like some others have complained about prices as well. Only gave them a second star because they do have after hours pick up and left a "thank you bag" with a couple mints.

Due to the negligence from FLAC, my engine seized and I had to get a new vehicle due to the replacement cost vs. value of my Kia. This was a HUGE blow and I am irate at this "business" that has not taken a single ounce of responsibility. Disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
