I’m still in line waiting so decided to leave a little review. This place is going to nickel and dime you for everything. Be prepared to wait. And if you aren’t a member you’ll get your turn whenever they feel like it. The staff is pretty friendly though so that’s nice.

Staff was helpful. There is a large selection and inventory. The wait for range counter help was excessive. I gave it 3stars because Freedom Richmond's lanes and target system are nicer and the range counter wait time, but the rest of store put it at the 3 or 4 line.

Tommy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though he was close to end of shift he went the extra mile to explain and show us around the different kinds of brands as well outfits for the guns we were interested in.
