Always something with this store. Sign up for pro, request a print subscription, and they sign you up for digital. They dont have a game that the website says they do, so you order it in store. Aftet a couple of days, they cancel the order "due to high demand." Figure the order is cancelled, so you go buy the game somewhere else. Couple of days go buy and they ship the order that they canceled. The next day, you get a confirmation for an order of a game that you never ordered. Call the 800 number and they say there is nothing they can do. They will try to call the order back and then you will eventually get a gift card instead of a refund.

Came out because the system said they had a new item, they didn't have it on the floor so looked it up and a alternate version (both listed there with more than one copy). Won't check the back to confirm it is auctally not there.Edit same day: just also watched her ignore the phone with no one else in here (and not talking to me).

Best GameStop I’ve ever been too. Super big store and employee SUPER nice! Luna was the best employee and was very kind! Definitely recommend this store!

My very first premiere game release was on May 11th for the midnight May 12th Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom release. The employees of the store were insightful, kind, excited, and innovative. They did a trivia game and I was overjoyed to be around so many individuals who shared in their excitement for this video game. Thank you for live streaming the treehouse live event but more importantly, thanks for such a seamless experience. I cant wait until the next one and I hope that the same team is back to do it all over again.

Von made it the best experience I've ever had at a Gamestop!! I will definitely be coming to just this store for now on whenever I want to stop into a Gamestop :)

Pathetic customer service!Was waiting outside the store since 10 AM today with 2 kids. The sign outside the store and website says it opens at 10 AM.The shutter gates did not open till 10.20 am and even after that the clerk ( big short person) who was at the counter saw us waiting outside but did not open the door despite us waving and knocking. We waited till 10.30 am and left ( son wanted a gift card for his friends bday party)Awful experience. The clerk should be ashamed of ignoring and making 2 small kids wait.

Just found my new favorite GameStop in Virginia Beach! I loved the layout of the store, it was very clean and well-organized. Best I’ve seen in the area. Casey helped us out and she was amazing! Overall it was just a great vibe and experience.

The clerk with pink hair was rude over the phone and more rude in person. He made inappropriate comments about my toddler being a killer and acted as if we were was a hassle and wasting his time. I've worked retail before and dealt with all types of people, but come on. I will never return to that location again thanks to him.

prices are kinda high but keep lots of things in stock always have gotten a great employee who wants to help had conversations about questions you have help you find things and tell you about deals which is what makes me go back often

Overly helpful. Had a problem with my Xbox and was prepared to buy a new unit. The young man behind the counter took the time to listen to the issue and walk me through a few stops to possibly resolve the issue. His advice worked. This save me a lot of money, made my son VERY happy, and earned all of my future business.
