Great store, but I hate the days where they just don’t open on time or at all for some reason.

Been a PRO member with GNC since 2015 and have had many great experiences at other stores, but this one is pretty bad. From issues with not opening on time to closing early and having a constant rotation of employees, I never know what to expect from this store. Today is another example where I wanted to stop in at 10:00am but have not been able to enter or reach someone for the last 40 minutes. I have already called the PRO helpline to file a complaint, but really hope GNC Corporate can take the necessary time to investigate this recurring problem.

It is 10:58a and there is a sign on the door that says they’ll be back at 10:00. I’ve read other reviews and see that this is just an ongoing problem with this establishment. That’s extremely frustrating. Just shut the store down if you’re not going to be open when you’re supposed to be!

This store is never open when I need to purchase something!! Says 10am. Today is the 4th attempt and here I am standing outside the store behind its locked doors at 10:10am. Ridiculous. Why even bother having this store here if they are never open. I’m beyond annoyed.

I went in to get protein bars for wrestling, and the employee was super helpful and had great recommendations that I will probably continue to get.
