Stop selling products to UNDER AGE KIDS!! Then lie and say you can't do returns when that fool was the one who did it!!! I'm going to reported you guys to corporate.... I see that someone else posted about the same person!!!

Tall blk light skin guy w/glasses sold my minor weight gainer product. Went in for a return and same guy told me he couldn't do a cash refund w/receipt due to not enough cash on hand. Went in for a return the second time and the same guy told me he couldn't do a cash refund again or card refund due to the register and it wouldn't allow him to do refunds@8:25pm! GNC just lost three customers bcuz of ONE employee!

I have been shopping at this GNC location for almost a year. Today, I went in and showed the sales rep a sale online and I Asked In Advance if it would be honored in-store. She said Yes, but she is new and needed to ask her manager how to do it in the system.He ended up saying that he is not honoring the discount AT ALL b/c they are a franchise store and he would lose money. My total came up to $113. Had he honored the discount, my total would have been $89. A difference of $24. He didn’t even attempt to offer any type of accommodation to any of the 5 items that I was purchasing based on the online pricing. If they don’t honor online pricing, post a sign in the store saying this. OR teach your employees NOT to say yes and then turn around and say NO. The owner would rather lose a long standing customer over $24.I can place the order online or just go to a different store, but the lack of customer service shown by the franchise owner was rather disappointing. Especially when I’ve spent $100 or more in this location every single month.

Went inside to buy a shaker bottle, but after seeing some specials they had decided to buy more stuff. (Don't judge me) anyway the clerk knew about everything I asked for and ended up only spending a reasonable amount. Don't compare these prices to online because you don't get the same experience. Consider the overhead of a storefront nowadays where you can talk to a real person! Also this store is locally owned and operated and is a franchisee. Please consider these things prior to posting anymore hateful reviews.
