We've been using Salisha with Golden Touch since moving to Norfolk 4 years ago and cannot imagine ever using any other cleaning company. We've used several cleaning services in different cities and Golden Touch is by far and away THE best when it comes to quality of work, attention to detail, punctuality, professionalism, flexibility, and scheduling. Salisha always worked with our difficult schedule over the years and took care of our home as if it was her own. We wish we could take her with us on our move!

When Golden Touch was done with my home it looked better than it did on move in day! The attention and detail that was put into my home was top-tier, I do not know how they did it. From the cleaning to just the technical know-how of what sprays and cleaning products to use impressed me and I would use this service again

I needed a local company to do a deep cleaning on my home I just closed on. It look like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I live out of town & They kept me updated every step of the way. They texted me pictures of all the work they performed. When I called they fit me in last minute. 5 star customer service- they went above and beyond! Highly. Highly recommend.

I needed a local company to deep clean my 3 story house that I just closed on, from top to bottom. It had not been cleaned, in what looked like a couple of years. I live out of town & they were very responsive, accommodating & kept giving me updates along the way and texting me pictures of all the work they did. I had all walls wiped down, baseboards, appliances, cabinets, dusting, vacuuming. Highly recommend.

I contracted Golden Touch Cleaning Services to clean my mother in laws home and we were extremely impressed with the level of customer service and cleaning. The team went above and beyond, so much so that we contracted her to clean my home with the same results. Would definitely recommend Golden Touch for your cleaning needs. I loved the attention to detail! My cleaning was explained to me before they began and the house was inspected beforehand. I have a Rottweiler who shed A LOT and it’s been about a month since our last cleaning and the difference still shows! They got up almost all the existing hair hiding in corners and deep cleaned everything they left no stone unturned! They even made sure to clean the walls where it was needed in certain areas of the house! They organized my daughters room and it was extra money well spent. Everything was thorough and everyone was very polite. Extremely trustworthy crew as I run a bussiness and was not even able to be home half the time while they cleaned and nothing was out of place when I returned nor was any doors or closets entered. I appreciated them so much for their honesty and hard work! Anything I asked them to ensure to take care of they did without me having to remind them! I will be using them from now on as I find they also have the most reasonable package prices for large homes!

STAY AWAY! THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD NEWS! After sending seven or eight emails regarding their policies, they cancelled my appointment by email in less than 24 hours. Their many many pages of policy, which I read specified the same policies repeatedly. Why 7 emails? This is ridiculous. I ask to speak to the owner and was refused that as well. Because the employee know they are out of line. The 48 hours which I had to notify them by was not until 10:30am tomorrow, but they canceled my appointment this morning. These people are very unprofessional, money hungry and not worth all they put you through including you MUST pay in advance. There are plenty of housekeeping services to choose from. On the other hand, they put me in a terribly bad position by canceling my cleaning at the last minute and not in accordance with their own policies. I pay my bills all on time and have no problem paying for the service. This company is not reliable and very overpriced.

Golden touch has been awesome to work with! When we moved to the area they actually did the move-in clean for our empty home. We have used their services ever since. They always do such great work and are flexible with scheduling around our renovations each month. We are so thankful to have a trusted partner to keep our home looking and feeling so clean. Highly recommend them!!

When I tell you that these services were excellent, I mean it. Our place hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while and honestly we really didn’t have the time to do it. These professionals took their time and did an amazing job. Thank you again
