Greeted us at the door and got my friend's driver re-gripped and my driver inquiry squared away within 10 minutes! Also got a nice Good Good putter cover and some Tees on the way out.

Stopped by to get a golf glove and gave my phone number, that did not come up so gave a number I have not had since 08 and it came up. That's how long I have been coming here. It's come a long way. Got shoes probably two years ago from here. If you play golf and this is close it's a must stop.

Beyond rude staff! You ask questions or look for assistance and are ignored. Pricing high. Selection mediocre. Overall, I am amazed still afloat.
If you want quality, professional staff and both new/used...go to Golf Headquarters!

So I drive from Suffolk all the way to Virginia Beach to buy a putter ( Taylor Made), just to get to the register and be told they can’t sell it to me because it’s not in the system and can’t sell them till March 1st. Well then, why did they have them on the putter display with price?? Complete waste of a trip.

Great store, some staff members were very helpful and some were not knowledgeable of the sport. They were quick I'm getting my clubs for me when I bought a set. I will definitely be back in the future and looking to get fitted for my new clubs. Thanks for the help

Disappointing first experience here. 1 star given for the large selection of items available. However, the general customer service seemed to be highly lacking. I was told they would be with me in just a moment, but unfortunately many moments passed and no one assisted me with my search for a new putter - I believe they forgot about me.Going to try some other spots this week in my search for my new putter. Don’t think I’d bother coming back here.

I'm at the golf galaxy in Virginia Beach. I'm a military veteran and the store at this location will not honor the 10 percent veteran discount from Puma which Puma offers for Veterans and first responders. Never had I had this happen to any store located Maryland area. If you are a veteran or first responders and you are shopping for Puma or Under Armor. Stay away from the Virginia Beach location.

Ed Collins shaved 10-15 strokes off of my overall score. I’m hitting 25 yards further on my irons. Very professional staff. Got an incredible deal on some used clubs.

I bought an $800.00 set of TaylorMade Irons from this store in Virginia Beach and received a $25 gift card that would be on my account for a later use. I was not told how long I have in order to use it. I went in a few times and did not find anything I wanted. I went in about 6 or 7 months after the purchase of my irons, grabbed the hat I wanted and to the register. Lady tells me I cannot use it because it is expired....unbelievable. I bought an $800 set of irons, done multiple lessons here at a high cost and can’ t even use my $25 gift card because it expired 6-7 months after. I let them know of my displease and I will not be back again. Take note people, greedy.
