This is a very big goodwill with a good selection and of shoes and clothes. The toy selection is not very extensive and the store is outdated with lights out in the dressing room. The staff are here but often multitasking and hard to find

As a 25 yr. weekly shopper of thrift stores lately I've been having sticker shock at the Goodwill stores in my area. $1.98 for a 16oz plain { USED } glass is absurd. Almost $10.00 for a used pair of men's jeans? I've found myself not making purchases due to the price. Are they trying NOT to sell? Most times I leave without making a purchase.

Stopped by donation area on Friday January 5. Donation guy comes out and proceeds to comment on how my donation was trash and continues muttering comments under his breath. He then calls for assistance to which another donation guy comes out and it was like night and day he was polite, asked how my day was, helped me carry items to the door you name it. I don't think I've ever seen such a hit and such a miss in my life. Kudos to the guy who was kind and didn't make me feel like I was in the way and to the other guy well he needs some training on how to show people who donate their property some respect. I unfortunately will not return to this Goodwill location and I will be instructing others to do the same.

We went to buy an item clearly marked with a tag that had been on there for a long time $1.99. The cashier then proceeds to tell me that the tag was placed on there by someone else and quickly took it off and threw it away. Then proceeded to tell me that all stuffed animals are priced by a sign and they are all $3.99. The tag defiantly belonged on that bear. Prices are to high at this one. The prices are outlandish. It is NOT a store worth your time. There are much better thrift stores in the area. The store is also a mess and all of the clothes are jumbled everywhere and womans clothes are mixed in with the men's. Goodwill has totally strayed from what they once stood for.

This is one of the BEST Goodwills in Hampton Roads. The store is neat and tidy and they have so many good deals and finds! The manager who checked me out (young man) was very polite and pleasant. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this thrift!

A large variety of used items in varying conditions. Strangely many items were missing price tags even outside of sections with fixed prices. However, over than that it was a fairly standard thrift shop

They have a lot of great clothing and movies. Was looking for a semi formal jacket and found 2 nice ones that are in great shape but cost way less than I expected

Great boat trip with my husband and grandchildren. So peaceful on the waters. They enjoyed seeing the dolphins.

I normally support the Salvation Army because they are still Christian and non-profit, but when I'm near a Goodwill and stop, the people are always pleasant. I've been to 3 in the Chesapeake area so I take this as a good sign that they locally are a good charity.
