Went to a few different goodwills today and this one was by far the nicest one, everything looked clean and organized and put together nicely as well as the workers were very helpful and cheerful. Best goodwill experience by far!

I wasn't gonna criticize, but since you asked..
Your clothing was very disorganized.It wasn't divided up by men's women's, or by sizes, it was grouped in colors and long sleeves and short sleeves etc...Not user friendly!! .You're would sell more product if it wasn't so difficult for the customer to look through it!!

Absolute best Goodwill store! Excellent staff who spend a huge amount of effort keeping everything organized. Clothes are hung up by color making it easy to find what you need.

Momma Donna is so upbeat and fun to be around. We laughed and enjoy the check out section. We talk about life and I just enjoyed her happiness. A joy to be around. We need more of momma Donna around.

Love this Goodwill, had an excellent experience shopping! Very thankful to the staff especially Lisa who helped my husband and I find professional attire we’re both veterans recently separated and we needed clothes, very much appreciated ♥️

Great prices; I found some very nice clothes, 2 new books and several dvd movies. Good shoes and bags too. The only negative is that you can’t tell the clothes sizes. It’s not labeled only the price of the kind of clothing is. Probably not their fault but; It’s a annoying to not find my exact size while looking through several racks of xs, s, m, L and then jump from L to 4XL to 1XL and there be no XL or I would find my size but it looks very used and stained/ ripped. But I found my diamonds in the rough. Thanks GoodWill

I was shopping on any given day of the week and at the time of paying I decided to try on 2 more sweaters and an employee yelled at me that I couldn't try them on because they were already going to wax and she followed me into the fitting room, hitting him hard, and said: we're going to close (it was 6:30pm) it was ABUSE on their part towards me, because at that time people kept coming in. Customer treatment must improve.

This rating is due to the rudeness i have experienced twice recently. We tried to drop off donations & were told they couldn’t take anymore. To top it off, yesterday, i was told “some of us want to go home soon”. Will not go back.
