The young man who helped to carry my donation package came immediately when he saw me drive up and open my car trunk. I appreciate him and the other workers doing what they do to help others.

I was going to this location I thought it was a store but it was actually a donation drop off center and I could’ve swore that a lady a woman on Facebook marketplace told me that they had mannequin heads there but they didn’t and it wasn’t even it was just for drop offbut the people they were very nice they actually directed me to another thrift store that was just down the road and it was a good experience overall for me being my mistake. Next time I have some donations I will bring them over

I recently moved and realized that I had to declutter my life a little. The young man was receptive and very responsive when I arrived. He seemed appreciative to receive the home goods I was donating and gladly gave a receipt for them. I know they will go to a home that will enjoy having them instead of going in the trash. It was so easy and wasn’t out of the way.

Just being nice can go a long way. No greeting from employee inside, no hello, he just hid inside until I was at the door. I opened door and got snapped at to "put it on the table." I realized he was talking about the table outside with no sign or direction. No "thank you's were even said,, nothing after that. Extremely rude customer service. Man still hid inside until I was pulling out of drive. I will never donate here again.
