Good deals! Great customer service! Worth it! We had been eyeing this couch set for about a week it was 1500 and we came back to purchase it and we got an amazing deal on it only 995! Marlos Harris was who helped us out he was very understanding and made sure we got the best deal ! We had been to plenty furniture stores nearby and this store definitely beat all the other prices and amazing quality ! Thank you so much !

If I could give this place zero stars I would !!! The furniture is not worth the price and don't financially get into a bind bc they will take you to court to not only put a lien on your account but also add a garnishment on top of that . Don't waste your time the furniture is only beautiful in the showroom but when you bring it home you can see that it's made very POORLY! let me save you a trip . save your money and go else where!

Just moved into my new apartment not too long ago, and I was in dire need of new furniture I was cruising down the blvd and stumbled across Grand Furniture Outlet when I proceeded to enter I was instantly approached by AZ he welcomed me with a warm greeting he proceeded to assist me , he was very respectful , kind and attentive and worked out a phenomenal deal for me on my new sectional I highly recommend you visit you won't regret it! I bought 1300$ worth a furniture for my first apartment, I'm 21 and obviously don't have that much money right? And with COVID right now you'd think places like this wouldn't try to ROB you but obviously not a concern of theirs. When I went to purchase the furniture they told me it would be 6-8 weeks and that was the very beginning of August, I paid in full and haven't heard back from this POS company at all. I had to call the store to figure out where tf my furniture was and they just told me it would be 2-3 more months before my furniture would be possibly in stock.... so OBVIOUSLY I asked for a refund and MIYA told me not without a 20% restocking fee.... how are you going to charge me a 20% restocking fee WHEN YOU DONT HAVE THE FREAKING FURNITURE IN STOCK!!!!!!! You are literally trying to rob me of 300$ because YOU don't have what I paid in full for? I asked MIYA to transfer me to a manager, instead she texted my personal number of different furniture selections and told me I could chose from those instead but it would be 50$ more... I asked her for the manager again and she said he would contact me in 30 minutes. That was 3 days ago.... I'm reporting for fraud

It is unbelievable that the furniture stores are open for business harassing people for money and theres 4 sales people working the sales floor plus three credit people working at the one furniture store. Plus, they REQUIRE people to come inside to make a payment harassing us to go to the store to pay because can't make any payments online for Grand Furniture. Ashley furniture home store is open with six cars in the parking lot. there's people inside the store shopping at grand furniture and at grand furniture outlet which is lit up like a Christmas tree too. This is unbelievable. Not even 1 wearing a mask or gloves. OH, AND the Sales Manager told us before you that their furniture comes from Asia because our furniture came broken and it's been 4 months never been fixed or replaced on back order since we bought our furniture months before we ever heard of the Coronavirus. These people just don't care. We've never been impressed by them since the day the furniture got delivered by druggies who wreaked of pot and delivered all broken furniture that's never been fixed months later. The payments situation is now the nail in that coffin and combined with a complete disregard for this pandemic quarantine requires me to post this review.

Couch we got May of 2019 is already TERRIBLE quality and we paid $900!! I expected more from this place since they do like a nice quality location but that has sadly not been the case for us. We've had couches in the past that lasted 4+ years with GREAT comfort and were not even one year in with this one and it's so uncomfortable already and you feel like you sink in so much when sitting. I will not be purchasing my next item from here again!

We where out furniture shop and just walking around and out of nowhere Mr. Lee approached us with a kind welcome, asked can assistance you with finding a paticular item. Directed us to what we where looking ,take your time and brows. The store only had a small selection, however we where able to find what we want. The store is nice and clean , for it to be an outlet the had everything positioned and display where it would attach your attention.The ladies in the office where very nice and help when we proceed to make our purchase. If your looking for nice inexpensive pieces of furniture this is the place to go.

Andy is by far the best here! He will bend over backwards for you and do everything he can do accommodate you. He was on the lookout for my husband and I when we were looking for a specific couch and let us know when something similar to our needs came up. Andy is the type of salesman I wish there was everywhere - no pressure, honest, and helpful.

The initial experience was good. Found a sectional that was "lowered" to I want to say $1200 and a twin mattress that was "lowered" in price as well. We financed the purchase, got our payments as low as possible with the intention of paying off when we got our income tax return. Fast forward to today. Went to pay off the couch and mattress we purchased in Oct and made 3 payments on. I was absolutely livid to find out that the amount to pay off had increased by over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Payoff was now $3500 ish. My husband was told that if we had paid it off in 30 days that it would have been the amount we actually financed. We were NEVER told we had to pay it off in 30 days or the financed amount would increase by over $1000! They said we could pay it off today for $2700 and save $1100 in interest. This is shady business!! I will NEVER do business with GFO, Grand, or Ashley EVER again. That couch is not even worth $3000!!

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I bought a dining set last november (two days before thanksgiving and I picked them from the warehouse myself) and I am still missing parts. First I was told it may be delayed due to the holidays. I called again and I was told they have my orders. Great new!! For three(3) month and counting I still haven't received my parts. Who is the next in the command I can talk to beside customer service? Im very disappointed for this unrealistic business because I paid off my bill and don't expect to be playing games like this. The lady (Miss Penny) who helped me at the front desk was super nice by the way. Purchase date: November 26, 2019.

Very friendly people selling the furniture. The prices are easily understandable. They have a pricing system that lowers the longer it is on the floor. My husband got a very nice leather recliner, originally from Ashley furniture for 300.
