Cara was beyond amazing. She asked me what I wanted and made suggestions based on my hair type to enhance my cut and style. I could tell that she genuinely loves what she does and some times that’s hard to find. I plan on bringing my entire family back and would highly recommend Cara and this location to everyone. Cara is a Gem and truly made my experience rememberable.

Asked the lady for A feathered hairstyle. She cut my hair with shears, which did not give a feathered hairstyle. My hair is about 2 inches long all over my head, which cannot be styled. I left a tip and pay the full price for the haircut. That’s just me. I can’t be cruel even though I left out looking like a boy.
Requested style: I requested a feathered short look with bangs. Not a man’s haircut.

This place is NOT KID FRIENDLY. I took my son here who's not comfortable with getting his hair cut unless he sits on my lap, but they refused to do it. Everywhere I go its not a problem except for here.

I want to extend the pleasant experience I just received getting my haircut on a Friday evening. Angel, my stylist, did a fabulous job performing my haircut precisely as I requested with a smile and patience. Fee, the manager, complimented Angel’s performance with a appreciative manner.

When I sat down, I asked the stylist to cut my hair STRAIGHT ACROSS. I even said “not like this” and drew a half circle in the air to say that I did not want it to be cut shorter on the ends. When I walked in, my hair was all one length, as it ALWAYS is. Not only did she cut off more than I asked her (and I stood up and showed her with a mirror!!) but she absolutely went against my wishes and cut the sides EVEN SHORTER! As we were walking to the counter, I told her she didn’t do what I wanted. She replied “you have to understand the structure of the hair”. Does that mean you structurally can’t cut a straight f’ing line?!?! I said “your braids all end in a straight line at the bottom in the back…” she continued to say some nonsense about “pulling the hair forward vs pulling it back”. She gave me $11 off so my cut was only $12, and I left no tip. I have NEVER done that. Ever. I will NEVER go back to see her. The other woman in the shop had cut my hair before and did a good job. I’m livid and so sad! If she had known how long it takes to grow my hair!! Ugh!!! The first photo is from last July, and how I always have my hair cut. The others are from today. ?
