I check in online, I go it wait and tell them I there. Some guy wonders in they ask him if he checked in…he did not, they took hm right away!!!! Been going to great clips for years…not any more!!!!!

Miss ruby is the only great person about this place, unfortunately we will not be a client anymore due to extremely poor management. When calling the operator states “the staff is too busy to answer calls” so the calls do not go through to see if employees are working, normally ruby works Wednesdays and unfortunately she happen to not be there after driving 30 minutes to see her, the staff who all three were sitting in the back room on cell phones where too busy to pick up the phone to call to let us know. Then after talking to the owner who was extremely rude just allows this type of work ethic, I would rather cut my own hair then step foot in this facility

I don’t normally do this but I don’t recommend this location, the arguing between some of the barbers felt unprofessional and uncomfortable and my buddy had his eyebrows trimmed without asking him first. I’m hoping this was just an off day but should still maintain professionalism regardless.
