NEVER FO THERE they are completely rude to customers, they only like themselves and the group they have formed in the job, and they gossip about EVERYONE. do not say anything in that chair or it’ll be told to the next client. It is actually impossible to get a refund no matter what and they don’t even work with you if u don’t like how your hair came out. they are just expecting more money. the whole company is stuck up and money hungry.

Kristy at Nimmo Parkway Great Clips is hands down the best! I’ve been going to her for as long as they have been open! Friendly and knowledgeable, she never disappoints! A very clean and organized shop! 5 stars!!!!!

I love this location always organized. My regular Stylist is Marisol, She is awesome I love her work and treatment. She makes sure I'm happy so I travel over 40 mins to get to this location. I will follow her anywhere Thank You.

Went in for a basic men's cut. Got the absolute worst haircut in my life. The hairstylist was either not trained properly or on something. When my wife saw the cut she said, "what the hell is that"? The whole cut and experience was bazaar. Don't go there.
Would give no stars if it was a option.

My stylist was excellent. She made me feel welcome and loved. She shaved my locks off as a cancer patient. "Clips for Kindness", a free service that Great Clips provides for those with hair loss. Thank you Genet

Brought my son in to fix a haircut. Asked for a fade and to clean up his hairline. Did not get a fade or cleanup. Not sure what to call the cut he ended up with. I asked the gal if the fade looked right and her response was, “you tell me”. Very disappointed. Will have to wait til my sons hair grows out a bit then take him to a barbershop that knows clean lines and a fade..

Great cut, polite and professional staff!
Stylist: Ruby is awesome!!! Listened to my request, and then delivered the perfect cut! Eyebrows and ear hairs trimmed, and a powder shake on the collar! Superb!!!

Be warned: DO NOT USE THE APP TO CHECK IN FOR A HAIRSTYLING. I had a ceremonial dinner to go to later that evening, so I checked in online with a 69 minute wait, number 10 on the list. I went into the store when I was number 3, waited another 20 minutes only to get into the chair to be told they can't do hairstyles when there's only 2 people working and long wait list. I waited for my turn while the other 10 people ahead of me got their needed service...now I can't get mine?!? The app doesn't let you specify what service you want when you check in, and there's NOTHING that warns you that you might not be able to get the service you need when you arrive, depending on their staffing level.
Don't advertise styling services if you can't deliver them, and redesign your app to include the ability to SELECT your service request WITH A DISCLAIMER if that service might not be available. DO BETTER by your stylists. Neither of them wanted to tell me they couldn't help me, and this whole situation could've been avoided by better communication on your app. I wasted over an hour of my time that I could've used to seek service elsewhere.
