Illogical system of waiting. If a hairdresser who hasn't finished her current client stops to confirm you've been checked in, that will be your hairdresser and you wait until she's finished. In the meantime when a person walks in after you've been waiting that person won't wait at all if the hairdresser who has completed the previous haircut checks that person in. If you like being completely ignored here, this is the place for you. I decided not to reward this rudeness with my business and walked out.

I had an appointment set at 3:00 today. I arrived on time but was told I had to wait 30 minutes more. What good is an appointment if I have to wait longer. I will not come back to this establishment ever. I give you a -5 rating. This is not good business for your store and I intend on share my misfortune with everyone i know. Your business is no longer a reputable business in my mind. I am extremely unhappy with my results today!

I have gone to 3 different “ stylist” at the Haywood Shop and I must say each one was worse than the other! I cannot imagine how these staff could pass a board exam. They obliviously survive with cutting male clients hair. my last haircut was so bad that after three weeks I still cannot go outside my home without someone noticing and remarking of my hair. One side of my short haircut is at least one whole inch shorter than the other! I’m embarrassed as to my appearance. NEVER will I go to this place again. Three times, three different staff! Each one worse than the other. The company should come in and get one of the staff to cut their hair! Guarantee they would have a negative experience unless you are asking for a BUSS CUT!Needless to say! I won’t be returning and I certainly do no recommend this shop!Service: Hairstyling

O stars. I was just in there and Marie cut my sons hair. Actually she didn't cut it she completely buzzed it off. As if that wasn't bad enough both staff members refused to help me and Marie turned her back to me and completely ignored me! I tried calling to get manager information and I was told I cannot have it.

Absolutely butchered my hair today. Asked for a trim to even my hair out, one side is literally 2 inches longer than the other, didn't even touch the middle. Definitely not coming back, and have submitted an email to their customer service email address.

there are several distinct sets of stylist and managers that work there. Apparently the one today does not know how to honor and read a wait list. I’ll come back another time with the other hairstylist managers that are customer friendly at work. Thanks for nothing.

Went here to get a wash, trim, and blow dry. They said they don't blow dry hair. Or straighten hair. What insanity is that. To really see the style, it often needs to be dried.

I made an appt online for my daughter. When we walked into the store, the stylist threw her hands up, like she couldnt be bothered and was very rude. Then raised her voice at my daughter because she wasnt speaking loud enough when giving her i fo to finish checking in. I'll take my money somewhere else. This is not the way to treat your customers.
