Tsha did amazing with my hair!! I had thick hair I cut myself with no style to it and she gave me layers and side bangs & it looks fabulous!!!! I’ll only be going to her from here on out!!!!

I walked in to Great Clips intending to just wait for my husband to get his free Veterans Day haircut, and my husband was already talking about my bad haircut experience to his stylist; the stylist next to him overheard his conversation, and when I walked in the door she immediately wanted to talk to me to see if she could help. I agreed to let her look at my hair and give me her opinion, and when she started describing what she would do, if I let her cut my hair, I was immediately comfortable because I knew she knew what she was doing. Having had many bad haircuts because of the curl and thickness of my hair, I was grateful to have her helping me. I was intending to grow my hair out because I still didn't have a short style I was happy with, and then she showed me the finished cut and I am so, so happy with it, and decided to keep the style. Its just what I wanted. Thank you Tisha! You are amazing. I will definitely be back to have Tisha keep up with my new cut style!. Thank you, so much, from the bottom of my heart.

I got a haircut in here I showed them a pic and they didnt make me like the pic and I asked them to make my hairline they said go to a real barber.

This was my 1st and last time to Landstown location. Not sure stylist name. Older black woman with walker. I asked for haircut said length mid back below shoulder. I left looking like Dora the Explorer. Hair cut above my shoulders. She is very heavy handed with the comb SO heavy 1 side of my scalp is still sore. She combed my earring out. Very rough combing NEVER in my life have I ever had a haircut like this. She basically wet my head and tried to make everything even and sent me on my way. She wanted to cut my bangs. Nope Im good. I could've had my husband cut my hair for what I got. Waste of $27 Yea charged me extra because she took off extra length. A damn joke. Lesson learned pay the extra. I only came here because my stylist left. Had good reviews.

They need to update their hours online. Online stating Sundays open at 10am. Sign on their door stating Sundays open at 12 noon. Had to drive to another store and now have to wait. Another time I arrived 15 minutes prior to close in the middle of the week (Thursday) and they already had the door locked and we're counting the register.

Hair type: Old guy over 65-with oreo cookie size bald spot top of head-but plenty hair to not really show it unless looking down from second floor. Curly & thick & grey. Thinning but not too much.
Stylist: Camille(hope correct spelling) Might have been Chamille-she knows how to cut hair per vague old guy instructions. Most Appreciated.Talented young woman.

Stopped in randomly to get my hair unknotted from hospital visit and Kage got me in immediately. She was gentle when unknotting it and was so nice. She did an amazing job cutting my hair as well!!!! Highly recommend
