Several weeks ago I visited the service desk at this location and dropped off my instruments. Finally I was able to return and pick them up after a long awaited fee weeks.I spent $75 to fix my acoustic guitar, which required action fixing and restringing. Similarly, I spent $110 to repair my banjitar for the same issue.However, both instruments still have the same or worse action. I have before-and-after photos to prove this.I was hopeful they would ensure that my instruments are fixed and that I can continue to enjoy playing them.When I confronted the service desk cashier about the quality of the work done he simply replied "Ok but you still gotta pay for the service."As of right now, I cannot imagine a world I can ever recommend their service desk to anyone.

Clean.. reasonable prices.. friendly atmosphere... Easy smooth transactions and if you have any problems with something you bought from them.. just come in with your receipt and they will work to make it right...????????

If only i can give this store 0 stars i would. I don't recommend you coming to this store and get advice. Went here one time and there's no such thing as customer service practice here. As in 0 customer service skills. There's this old head working here. I asked em if what he can recommend about an amplifier. And he told me he'll look it up? Waited in the guitar room for minutes. Never came back. And i just saw em talking to another customer like wtf. Am i joke to you? I don't know why the manager of this store hire 0 customer service experience. What a shame!

This place was super helpful in some issues I had with my guitar and setting it up. I have also bought a good amount of my gear from guitar center over the years. This one is well stocked with amps, used gear, guitars, midi stuff, etc... and has knowledgable customer service.They also price match which is nice so you feel comfortable with your purchase and not wondering if you would have saved $3.50 on Amazon.

Most GCs I’ve been to over the years are hit and miss - some really good ones and some I’d rather avoid. It seems the management and staff tend to really make the difference. I typically prefer shopping local mom and pop if I can, but it’s really hard to do when you’re shopping higher end instruments. GC VB has a good selection and shout out to Aaron, who was not pushy but highly accommodating. I must have played 7 or 8 strats before I found the one that fit me really well. All very nice, higher end instruments that you’d be very hard pressed to find in one place. He let me sample and play until I found the right one and was super enthusiastic when I finally made a decision. Great staff, very accommodating and I appreciated the back and forth discussion that helped me narrow down my choices. Next time I need another guitar I’ll be back. Thanks again from a happy picker. (Pun intended)

Ordered a guitar from them online because they did not have the right one in store and refused to order it, and that was what the sales person recommended we do. Well the "new" guitar we ordered arrived today. It is most certainly not anywhere close to new. It is scratched all over, and the output was so loose it about fell out into my hand. Tried calling customer service. I was hung up on 4 times. This was either a return, or the floor model everyone messed with, dropped and abused, and no one wanted. In what world can you sell something that looks rode hard and put away wet as new? If I wanted a used instrument I darn sure would not have paid new prices for it. If they can't make this right I'm not sure I will ever do business with Guitar Center again.

I recently purchased a used guitar from Guitar Center online and had it shipped to my home. Guitar was awesome- but the truss rod needed a little adjustment and I wasn't comfortable doing it. I took it to the store intending to return it and just buy a new one. Richie was the salesman helping me and he offered to make an adjustment for me and save me the hassle of returning/buying/waiting. 15 minutes later guitar was like new again. Shout out to Richie in particular- but the whole shopping experience was fantastic!
