This place is a disaster. Beware sending your vehicle here for statefarm they just refuse your claim after you select them without even looking at your car and screw over the claimant, sending your car to BFE limbo

The entire staff at classic collision at 2469 Castleton commerce way are extremely understanding, professional, and caring. I was dealing with 2 different insurance companies from a hit and run. They worked with me through every step of way and helped me understand the process. They explained to me what the steps were and which questions to ask the insurance companies. They help so much. I can't thank them enough. Also, I can't remember the last time my car looked this good when they were done. Thank you so much again.

I was in a minor fender bender and chose Classic Collision for the work because my family used their services twice previously. We were satisfied every time we used their services. The car looked better than it did prior to the accident. They also gave the car a thorough cleaning after the work was done. We are thrice pleased with the outstanding work and the friendly customer service. Thanks to you all for helping me through this crisis and putting a smile on my face.

I had a great experience with Classic Collision! They did an amazing job on my Kia Sportage. Brian was awesome—he kept me updated every step of the way, even with some delays from the Kia manufacturer. We ran into a few unexpected issues, but Brian handled them quickly and professionally. I’m really happy with how everything turned out. I’d definitely recommend Classic Collision if you need any work done!

Brian is amazing! He gave me regular updates about my car and even shifted my drop off date around for me when I had something unexpected come up. The car was done earlier than they estimated. It looks great, like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend their services- they are very kind and professional. A huge thanks to them.

I had repair work done on my truck. The entire process was as seamless as possible. I was well informed by the staff, the repairs were done as I was told they would be. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for a job well done and a pleasant experience as well!!

They make friends by accident. lol. I have had the best experience here and the staff is always friendly. I recommend anyone that needs work done to their vehicles come here!!!! My baby looks brand new!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I went in for an estimate late February. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. I knew there would be a wait for repairs, so I was not disappointed when we scheduled a drop off for April 15th. Due to work, I had to push it forward a day (and they had no problem with it). The communication, speed, and quality work of this place is absolutely top-notch. My car needed a new rear bumper. On the day I dropped it off, I received a call informing me that they had to order an additional part, but had started on painting the parts they already had, and everything should be done by Friday. Sure enough, I got a call today saying my car was ready. It was repaired perfectly, and they were so kind as to wash the exterior AND clean the interior. As a busy woman, this was such a nice surprise and very much appreciated.
Thank you, H&T Collison! If I should ever have the misfortune of being in another accident, I will certainly return. ?

Great customer service but my grill has a gap on the driver side. That’s really only noticeable when I hand washed my car.

Excellent experience with H & T Collision. They were honest about the repairs, saved me money where they could, and had my vehicle fixed fast. Hopefully I won't need their services anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely use them again.

Probably great if insurance is paying but definitely don't go here if you're paying out of pocket. I came to get an estimate and told exactly what I needed done and they proceeded to give me a vastly inflated quote and tried to perform repairs that had clearly already been done. Brian was also rude and patronizing. The other lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice, patient and pleasant on the other hand. The only bright spot in an otherwise negative experience. Would not recommend.
