Amazing experience at this place. Entered this place only to see around and not shop, but we were greeted with such great humor and great sales personnel and ended up buying a car. The experience and people there were so exceptional.Natalie Mckenzie was the best !! She literally went above and beyond for us. She has the best personality and helped answer all 10,000 of our questions. Let's not forget to honor Byron Gray excepional service in every aspect of sales. Love the fact that they both were knowledgeable military. Great experience ?

Worse car buying/lease experience! Went in for a type S, but they didnt have any on the lot so we went with a 21 tlx sh awd. Did all the paperwork and left the same day with the car. Couple of weeks later we start getting harrased by the mike sayin we never should have left with the vehicle and that we had to re fill out the dmv paperwork, and resign the contract. We went in re filled and signed just to get called again to do the paperwork over again. End of the day we called corporate and told them we would glady bring the car back and to refund us for the vehicle, and all of sudden the paperwork was accepted. The GM which was mike was very condescending throughout the process like if it was our fault. I stopped doing business with that dealership as per acura Corporation, saying that it would be best not to get my vehicle serviced at that location due to possible retaliation from the issue that took place.

For almost 3 years, I talked to salespeople at various dealerships while checking out the Acura RDX A-Spec. However, I just couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of money on a new car... until recently. I'd like to thank my salesman, Ed Donaher, for making it finally happen.When I met Ed, he knew that I'd been driving my Honda Odyssey for 17 years & was in no hurry to buy- unless I got the exact car I was looking for at a fair price. During my test drive and our subsequent meeting, I found Ed to be pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. When Hall did not have the color vehicle I wanted, I visited another local dealership that did. Ed followed up with me the next day and both he & his manager said they could have a Liquid Carbon RDX shipped from another dealership. While I researched and negotiated, Ed remained patient, not pushy, and was very professional in all of our conversations. I appreciate his being a pleasure to work with.I am happy to say that my experience buying a new car at Hall and working with not only Ed Donaher, but Jonathan O'Briant and Byron Gray was a positive one.I am thrilled with my Acura and glad that if I should have any questions about my new car, Ed is available to answer them for me. Thanks Ed!

Cayman was an excellent sales person. I didn't end up making a purchase yesterday but when I'm ready I'll go back and ask for him for sure. Super knowledgeable and friendly.

Hall Acura Virginia Beach is full of crooks. They hold people hostage in the showroom by keeping the keys to their vehicle away from them under many false pretences. Espically when they only came in for an oil change or other service to their car. Badgering them for hours upon hours into buying a new car, even when there is nothing wrong with their currant car.Everyone should stay away from here.

They told me a price on a trade in for over a week. My wife had confirmed multiple times as the trade price was pulled from the instant offer site that this dealership uses...the morning of the day we went out there they reached out to my wife again asking her if we were coming in to “redeem the offer”. My wife even asked what would cause the website offer and in person offer to be different—she was told only if what was input on the site was not exactly what the car was. Drove a hour and a half and then they completely changed their story once we got there…and acted like there was no offer made to redeem and told me the best they could do was $8,000 less than the offer we had in hand. When my wife asked what the difference was in the car that made the trade offer go down they let her know there was nothing. That the car was exactly what was input on the site.I’m not a fan of the bait and switch tactics employed by this dealership. If they would have told my wife even once that the offer we received was not legit we wouldn’t have wasted the time.Learned a very valuable lesson. A salesperson’s word and reputation is all they really have. I would stay away from this dealership because their word doesn’t hold value.

I submitted an Internet lead one evening while shopping for an MDX. My local dealer didn’t have what I wanted, but Hall did. The next morning, I got a call from the Sales Manager - Jon O'Briant. It was probably the best sales call I had ever experienced. He gave me a good deal from the start and then helped me get to a lease payment I felt comfortable with. We made the deal on the spot. Then, he had Matt Richardson contact me with a link to the credit app, along with a place to send my license and insurance information. That way, when I arrived at the dealership, I was only there about an hour before I drove away in my new car. It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. Thanks, Matt and Jon. It was worth the drive from Yorktown.

Today, I visited the dealership on my own as a 16 YEAR OLD with the intention of exploring an Integra model. As I was just browsing, I eventually decided to make an offer of $32k. However, despite my efforts to negotiate a fair price, it seemed clear that we couldn't reach an agreement, due to my age. Disappointed, I politely informed my sales representative, Peter, that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I wished him a pleasant day and expressed the hope of possibly crossing paths in the future.As I began to walk away, I was taken aback by Peter's remark, urging me to return with more money or a higher budget. I calmly responded that finances were not the issue, but this comment wasn’t an issue to me as me and peter had already had conversed. To my surprise, another employee named Malachi Price intervened without any prior interaction between us. He suggested I consider looking at Nissans dealer ship possibly a Nissan Sentra (the cheapest new car on the market), presuming it would better suit my budget. Feeling disrespected by this unsolicited interference i said to him to not get disrespectful as i am a 16 year old looking at a brand new car, making his remark inappropriate and uncalled for. Malachi quickly left without excusing him self taking a "phone call" as an escape from the uncomfortable situation.Initially, I had maintained a composed demeanor during this experience, as my visit was initially for a casual inspection of the vehicle. However, Malachi's unprofessional behavior pushed me past my threshold of patience. It was disappointing to encounter such an unnecessary and disrespectful display.In the future, I hope for a more considerate and professional approach from dealership employees. As a customer, I expect fair treatment and respect, regardless of the outcome of negotiations. I will continue my search elsewhere, in pursuit of a dealership that values professionalism and courtesy towards all customers regardless of age.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. The first day that we purchased the 2023 MDX and drove it home, the seat panel came off. Before we could return to have that fixed, the clips that hold the sides of the seat cover (yes, a seat cover) came off. We also noticed that the back hatch was not centered, and the dash started to bubble. During that time, we also received a call that the contract needed to be resigned. That was a sign, and WE SHOULD'VE NEVER RESIGNED!!. We should've left the MDX right on the lot. Several times, I let the service manager know that the MDX had a jerky ride when driving on regular cruise control. So, the third time that we returned to Acura, the service manager, an Acura representative and and some other guy was trying to tell us that this was normal. I drive that vehicle everyday and has had many in the past. I know this wasn't normal. Anyway, they were not happy with our responses and asked us to go elsewhere for our services. They never attempted to fix the problem. THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS DON'T THEY???? BE WARNED - DO NOT BUY ANY TYPE OF ACURA.Regarding the response from Hall Acura, while we were at the dealership, I explained to them that's how the vehicle was being driven, but all they could hear was Adaptive Cruise, which I explained that I did not drive on adaptive cruise. I was also told that adaptive cruise and regular cruise was the same thing...smh. They never even test drove the vehicle on regular cruise to verify the problem.Bottom line is the vehicle has a jerky drive train, driving with or without utilizing the cruise. I have read other comments stating the same thing, so there is a problem that Acura refuses to acknowledge. Their solution is to send you elsewhere, when the vehicle was purchased there.

So I purchased a 2020 MDX from Acura earlier this year and I soon realized I wasn't exactly happy with my purchase. There were a few things that bothered me about the SUV when it came to technology and overall performance. Fast forward I came in today for an oil change and my salesman from before asked me how I was liking the truck and honestly yall I told him the truth that I didn't. Well needless to say he asked why didn't I call him sooner? And I told him I wasn't trying to be worrisome and it wasn't something within his control. Must have been meant for me to speak up because I drove off in a 2022 MDX today. I said all this to say. True salesmen and women care about their customers. Mr. Bernard Bright, I appreciate your genuineness and I'm happy to remain with the Acura family. The gentlemen I worked with today truly provided top-notch customer service. Answered all of my questions asked. No belittling moments. No harsh sales tactics. The truck pretty much sold itself but the care I received as a customer is what will keep me spreading the gospel on how Hall Acura take care of their people.Come get you a new whip today folks! Satisfied Customer.

I had the best experience!! I mean it was the best I have getting a car . I didn’t feel pressured to buying a car and I was told my numbers before driving 4 hours there . Mat was perfect!! He answers all my questions even sent me video of the car because sometimes pictures just don’t do you justice ! He went above and beyond and made me feel like he cared about what I wanted. When I arrived he showed me the car the features and went over things with me , he connected with other me and I didn’t feel like just a sale to him. They even got my payment lower then what was told to me o the phone!! I walked away with a 2022 Hyundai sonata!!!!
