Wonderful experience!! The entire process was painless, and you often can not say that about the car buying experience. I had been looking for a vehicle for 5 weeks, testing driving a handful, and expanding my search radius every couple of weeks. I am SO GLAD I found this listing. That same day we looked at 2 other near home, then we drove 100 miles to test drive one at Hall Mazda and at another nearby Mazda dealership. We bought from Hall. I think that says it all. The entire staff was polite, helpful, and genuine.Two other things, the have 'reward points' (check out their website for that), and they even delivered the vehicle to me when it was ready. Thanks to Dermetrius in sales and Desiree the GM.

I was shopping around the 'best deal' and from the start Hall Mazda excelled above the other Mazda dealerships. They were quick to respond and upfront with all information, not like the others in the area who liked to hide things in the pricing and play bait and switch. I love my new CX-30!

The staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend this place!!!Internet price was cheaper than sticker price, so recommend looking at their website.Make an an appointment because it did get busy, so small delay (Be patient and understanding).-Free water and coffee-Vending machine

Avoid doing business with this dealership, due to their lack of care for the customer or the vehicles that they sell. I recently purchased a preowned Honda 2018 Accord. The turn around the sale was fast but I had been recommended the sales person I was dealing with so I trusted the car had been properly inspected. Less than a month of owning the vehicle I had to take the car back to the dealer because the battery died. The mechanics were great but the dealership refused to take any accountability for selling a car with a defective battery. The manager I spoke to looked me in the eye and told me batteries could not be tested. That was such a bold lie. Had they taken the battery out of the car and tested the cells and measured the battery's abilities correctly the would have seen it needed to be replaced before selling the vehicle. They cared only about the sale and not the customer. I will never do business with this dealership again given they do not properly inspect their used cars nor do they do anything to retain business. Beware of getting scammed and having to immediately pay for parts and repairs on a car you were told was inspected and was good to go.Edit: Because I not able to respond to the comment from the dealer I will respond with this edit. I did use my Hall Rewards on the payment because that will be the last time I get service from this dealership. The response from the owner doesn't address the fact I was lied to about how batteries could not be tested, and the fact that I was sold a car with a battery that was about to die, which should have been replaced during the inspection process on the vehicle. If the best offer that can be made when the dealership sells you a bunk product is to tell you to use reward points then clearly they do not care about repeat business or word of mouth.

My husband and I leased a car from Hall Mazda in July and we have had a really good experience. Our salesperson, Trent Wilson, was incredibly helpful and responsive, and helped us pick out the best car model for our needs. Thank you Trent!

Brought car in for inspection. Advisor said, the car needed tensioner and belts, timing belt cover reseal for roughly $2000. The car was beyond the 5years but under the 50,000 in mileage for drive train. Mazda refused to help despite we shouldn’t have this issue with only this mileage. We have been loyal customers and own two Mazda’s. I brought the car to a reputable private mechanic and he said, neither one of these were actual problems with the car. Never again at Halls for deceptive practices and never again Mazda.

After maintenance, my car runs very smoothly, as if I had just purchased a new one. Thanks to the Service Advisor, Shane, for providing me with excellent customer service. He gave me valuable information regarding the Recall rear camera schedule and also reduced the amount of payment by using my points of Loyalty Program, which I had forgotten to mention earlier. I would also like to express my gratitude to the Inspector, Joshua, for taking great care of my car. I highly recommend this place with an A+++ rating.

The reason it got 2 stars is because I love my CX30. With that being said I have 2 major issues that I can do absolutely NOTHING about. I bought the car on 6/14/23 I was told I would get the Mazda App and its features for 3 years however I was told by customer service when it did not work, only the first owner 12/18/2020 gets the 3 years not each purchaser so that left me with 6 months of an app that does not work at all. 2nd issue Hall Mazda VB told me with a witness who initiated this conversation that they would pay off my car, and I would get back the difference just under a grand...I did not, basically they said I misunderstood and it would go towards my vehicle purchase..??? we made it clear twice! we wanted the difference back in cash/check we made that clear. I learned a costly lesson, I will never repeat!Thank you Hall Mazda Virginia Beach for showing me what not to do and who not to trust.Anita

I was testing the market for a new car a month or two ago and Hall Mazda seemed like a fantastic place to purchase a vehicle from. Jae greeted me when I was just browsing and kept in touch over the month and a half or so period to ensure that if a car came in that I would like I would have a chance to see it. The Hall team is fantastic and very efficient. Jae was an amazing and thoughtful worker doing this process with me and kept me up to date the entire time. He was polite and understanding but also very personable and didn’t try to force my hand into another model or to purchase up in trim or vehicles. He was patient and understood my situation was not your typical car buying experience as there were many outside factors. I cannot recommend Jae and the Hall Mazda team enough!

I was recently looking to purchase my first car and after doing lots of different research on my own went in person to Mazda to start my search. My salesperson Jon was very kind, answered all my questions, and provided a good overview of the trim levels. I specifically looked at the CX-5 and CX-50 and was able to test drive both of them. Jon went over the subtle differences between the two and pointed out lots of key points on both vehicles. After my in person visit to Hall Mazda he called/texted a few times to see if there was any further questions I had. He also let me know about updates in their inventory which was very nice! Although I did ultimately purchase a different make/model from another dealer I had a great experience at Hall Mazda and with my salesperson Jon!
