I purchased a 2017 Chrysler 300 on November 29th 2023. Everything went well until I drove off the lot and low oil pressure light came on. I drove the car back and we realized that the oil filter had been put back on improperly. It was repaired and I picked up my car the next day. When I picked my car up I noticed my key chain that my sister gave to me 17 years ago before she passed was missing. I have gone back 4 times and no one can tell me what happened. No one seemed to care.They got the sale and were done with me. I have waited almost two for someone to explain what happened, but nothing. That's fine. I am done with them too. I will never do business with a company that steals from me.

We recently experienced a problem with a CX5 purchased from Hall Mazda a couple years ago. Fortunately, we also purchased a warranty that covered the issue. Our service advisor, Joel Kudsk, ensured that all repairs were completed in line with the warranty and provided a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being completed. We greatly appreciated having over $6000 of repairs being completed without any haggling and regular updates being provided throughout the repair process. We will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend them.

I recently purchaser a vehicle from this location with Dolphus West. It was much better experience compared to the Car Max next to them. They are much more personable and friendly. There was a few bumps, for example, it would've been a much faster process had they told me I needed to show proof of insurance as I could've done this stuff while waiting. It is important to note that this was my first time buying from a dealership so I wasn't familiar with the process. They also did not mention that I was going to have to wait 30 days to switch my plates from the plates the dealership gave me to my own. Detailing was only okay, they missed spots but that was expected. They otherwise were very accommodating and I don't have any other complaints, would recommend to anyone and buy again.

I don't live in Virginia anymore so me going back for any service isn't too likely, but it was easily the fastest oil change I've had at any of the Nissan dealerships I've been to in multiple states. The customer service at every Nissan dealership I've been to has always been really good, and it was no different here. If I needed to go back there would be no hesitation.

Very disappointed with this dealership! I had communicated by both phone and text message with members of the Hall Nissan of VA Beach staff regarding my out of state lease return. I had to return my car soon as the lease end deadline was approaching. When I got there the Sales Manager Christian denied my return and was claiming no one there had made arrangements with me to come in. I told her I only had 3 days to return my lease but she didn’t care even after I showed her the text message exchange. I was turned away and told to go to another dealership. At 7pm that evening I was scrambling to find another local dealership to turn in my car. Luckily Banister Nissan of Chesapeake came to the rescue. Their wonderful staff was happy to assist me and I got my lease turned in on time. I would not recommend Hall Nissan because, as I was told by Christian, there are other Nissan dealerships.

Let's start off with the positives...Friendly employees Clean dealership Ok selectionNegativesSales rep is clueless about the vehicle he sold usRep lied about the "My Nissan app" told us we had the Premium access for 5 years (remote start, vehicle location etc etc) turns out it is only for 6 months. Also told us the truck we purchased towed 6500-6800 lbs...in reality 6-6200Took over 5 hrs to complete the sale, wife and I only customers in the dealership, and just got my registration for a tag transfer 45 days later, and no it wasn't NC DMV. Few other things that made this the worst buying experience we have encountered with a dealership. Stay clear and go to a different Nissan dealer.

1/2 star actually interior turned white( see pics )Payed $700 for interior warranty .Fibrenew shows up for 5 minutes to look at the leather leaves No paperwork and tells me to call in two weeks to see if they can fix the leather on my new car?2100 miles ?????z45 k for this crap are you kidding me

The entire staff at Hall Nissan was incredible, but Bernard in particular made my vehicle purchase a breeze. From the first meeting to the final walkthrough he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile. After I purchased the vehicle he even walked me through the service department and answered all my questions. He was a joy to work with.

I want to start by saying that the staff is awesome! All except the one, her name is Mary. Our car had just finished getting a new transmission replaced. We were suggested another finance option for payment by another rep- Dwayne which was also great! Unfortunately when we got there Dwayne was off that day so Mary “helped” us. Straight to the point, midway through the financing process, Mary came across an issue where she had to call customer service. It was something that wouldn’t allow her to finalize the transaction. So, out of frustration she tells us, “Well I have two other people that’s been waiting in the lobby for 30min I have to take care of them.” THANKFULLY -while multitasking- Maia comes and saves the day by assisting us. It literally took her, at tops, 10min and that’s including explaining the contract and signature. I thought that Mary was VERY unprofessional and ran from her problem instead of taking the time to figure it out…remind you, if Maia haven’t stepped up, we would’ve had two people put in front of us ON TOP of waiting for Mary to still come back and try and figure out an issue that she knows nothing about. I really appreciate the reps who actually cares, thank you so much.

I don’t know where to begin, honestly. I wanted to wait until I received my vehicle back, but this review and rating is because of an outstanding service advisor.Maya is AMAZING! Her professionalism and willingness to help speaks for itself. Her customer service is out of this world. And I mean that. When I dropped off my 22’ Pathfinder in August, which you all still have, Maya reassured me that she would do what she could to resolve my issue. I’ve never had to question anything that she has done. I didn’t have to pick up the phone to call to get an update because she beat me to it. If there was a setback, know she was following up with me and providing an ETA. This issue has somewhat inconvenienced me, but again, Maya went above and beyond and provided me with a courtesy vehicle. My problem has not been resolved yet, which is no fault of hers, but I had to let you all know how great she is.Maya, you are “One of a kind”. Thank you for everything you have done thus far and for going above and beyond to help me with my issue. I wish nothing but great things for you. If you want a genuine, trustworthy, and caring service advisor, Maya is your girl.Nissan, please understand how much of an asset this young lady is to your company. You don’t come across great workers that are passionate about what they do. Please don’t let Maya’s hard work and commitment go unnoticed. She is MANAGEMENT MATERIAL. Make it happen. :)
