I’m three years in with Coach Joe. I’ve had other trainers. None like him, thankfully . You will get 30 minutes of intense work out adapted to your strength and goals. Your age or ability will not matter. He will constantly monitor you in a safe and clean environment! I chose him based on these reviews. They are very accurate!

Joe! This post is long overdue!! It’s been a great 3 years and I’m so grateful to you for taking me on as a client!! I feel like my body has changed so much and I have gained so much more confidence! I really appreciate your professionalism and kindness. I appreciate that you are able to push me beyond what I would have thought possible on my own. Your gym is always clean and orderly and the equipment is well maintained and cleaned after each use so I know I’m working out in a safe environment. The location is in a great area and is super convenient! Thank you so much for everything!

Joe is a great trainer and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. I saw great improvements in my health and in the way I looked within a short amount of time. He is easy to work with, motivating but not annoying, and worth the money. I highly recommend.

HWWF/Coach Joe is the best out there! I went to him for personal training for a few months before a big move to another state, and my body had never been in that great of shape. I had never felt so confident especially in the summer time. He listened to my needs and goals, and we achieved them! Truly couldn’t recommend working with him enough - he’s the best and you will be so happy with your results!

Joe is very helpful and knowledgeable! He takes time to answer all of your questions and customizes your time to fit your personal fitness goals. He is always responsive and willing to be flexible if you need to switch a day or time. I highly recommend!

Joe is easy to work with and understand. I definitely saw a difference in my overall fitness level and felt better. Would recommend to anyone….the 30 min sessions are easy to keep up with and he makes them go by fast!

A great variety of workouts, so you never feel like you are doing the same routine. Joe is fun to work with and pays close attention to good form and safety. He’s efficient with getting a great workout in 30 minutes.

For my first time receiving personal training, I chose Joe's HWWF and couldnt have been more pleased. The proximity to my home, being right in the shops on Shore drive, in addition to reading about Joes personal training experience, and my lack of fitness training knowledge were reasons for me to sign up. I was able to make major changes to my health, losing 10 pounds and replacing fat with muscle as well as improving my energy levels so I could keep up with my family's busy schedule. Both Joe and Janae were the fitness trainers I worked with on a weekly basis and they were both fantastic. They were also both became people that I felt comfortable sharing details of my personal life and have rooted me on to achieve life goals, such as preparing me for entering the military again. I highly recommend Joe's HWWF to anyone seeking to improve endurance, lose weight, build strength and flexibility. Thanks Joe and Janae!

I have been lifting since high school and mostly stuck to the typical or traditional lifts. I was in a rut. Joe came up with a great month long cycle that has given me plenty of new and old workouts to break the slump I was in of the same routine. Can't go wrong with his coaching.
