I brought my damaged car to them on Monday, and picked it up Tuesday morning, all fixed. Honest, reasonably priced, highly competent work by friendly people. I've been bringing my cars to them for over 20 years. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.

6-16-2025, Went in for an oil change and told LJ, I couldn't get my trunk open when I had gone to the grocery store. Anyway, long story short... He found the problem and ordered the part and had my trunk opening up with no issues. Such a professional business that goes the extra mile for their customers. You want great, honest service and a team that puts their hearts into their job. Trust me, you found them. I know tell all my friends what a wonderful honest company they are.

I have used them before for oil changes and have been very happy. But my car was making an ambiguous clunking sound that I brought into them to check out. I assumed they would have the car for days because of the nature of the diagnosis. However, they called me back within an hour to tell me what the issue wasand had it fixed by the end of the day. They are fantastic and I will be going back again and again.

On a couple of peoples recommendation and doing some research on my own I called about repairing or replacing a V8 in my GM vehicle. John took some time to explain costs and options. I made a decision and they did the job in the time frame and on budget. I highly recommend them.

What I thought about my car until they was able to fix it! Honestly after 3 dealerships two other shops and a few other independent mechanics. I thought it was a gonner when it could not be fixed, but he was able to the first time around.

Hi-Tech Auto does an amazing job! We have been using them for years to service our vehicles. They are the only shop locally that we have found that has the expertise to service Land Rover. John and Lil' John communicate the problem very well so that it all makes sense before they proceed on any repair. She shoot you straight and they are very honest. Great shop and great people! I would highly recommend.

I got In a accident and needed my car fixed and took my truck to Hi-Tech. Omg!! They are so amazing awesome customer service and amazing mechanics shout out to Tim he worked on my truck and I know with all the rust it was a you know what but he got it done and they had my truck finished and back to me a day before it was supposed to be ready. They are amazing!!! If you need some work done on your vehicle call Hi-Tech they are the best!!!

Bailey and John were very nice, helpful, and chill. Bailey scheduled me a car inspection the next day and as soon as I got there for my appointment. John took my car in and inspected it. Fast, easy, and smooth inspection. Didn’t have to wait long at all. Highly recommend and surely would get my other cars inspected and fixed here. ?

John and 'Lil John have continued taking care of my vehicles for years. They recognize my truck and me, and treat me as a valued supporter. I had used Beach Ford and Priority Ford before, but at each my patronage was only a transaction for those places, just one more source of profit. In contrast, Hi-Tech has worked to develop a relationship. As an example, I recently broke a tail light. I called Hi-Tech, and they worked me in, and it was completely fixed within 90 min of my call, including travel time! That kind of service earns my business every time. Fair prices and very nice people. More businesses should be like Hi-Tech.
