I just wanna start off saying that I don’t even leave reviews but this young man had to be spoken of! I was assisted and checked out by a male manager and 10/10 experience! I was traveling out of town and over stimulated with the shopping experience and was over it. He greeted me and pointed me in all the right directions. I can see why he’s in a leadership position; because honey he knows that store! He made my experience in the store soooo worth it, especially as a plus size woman. This man was empathetic, charismatic, and free spirited what an experience!

The guy managing the store just pulled a worker aside and scolded her for talking on the job, and belittled her in front of other employees and customers. Then, as I looked around, several other employees were talking freely together and there was no issue. I would encourage him to do that behind closed doors if he’s going to threaten to just send her home.

I received a $95 coat from my friends, but it was too big, so I exchanged it at Lynhaven Mall, Virginia Beach. The manager, Ryan, allowed the exchange, and I chose another item that was only $24, resulting in me paying an extra $40.
When I returned with my friends, they were shocked to learn the gift was just $24, considering they had paid $95. I went back to the store with the receipt, but Ryan and the staff were unhelpful, claiming they had done me a favor with the exchange.
This is frustrating because if I had known the coat's actual cost, I wouldn't have accepted the deal, leading to a loss of $40 for me and $70 for my friends.

Always a great shopping experience. Nice floor design. Easy to navigate. Great sight lines! Fast checkout. Excellent customer service. Nice eclectic fashion. Classics and some avant garde. From affordable to upscale, you can’t go wrong.

Drove an hour to get here to make some returns/exchanges and it's temporarily closed. Would've been nice to know beforehand.

Zero Customer Service. Walked by 3 employees not one spoke or asked if i was finding everything OK. They were all talking amongst each other, but customers were merely bodies in the way of their conversation. Girl at dressing room, when I asked if I could try on an item, she just waved her arm towards the dressing room doors. Wow. Not a word. I find after shopping here a few times this month, they really only speak to you when it's time to pay for your items. H&M please reinforce better customer service at the lynnhaven mall location.

I remember the days are used to cost $100 and you can get so many clothes but now not so much. Back in my day, you could go to HM and get so many clothes and come out with a couple of fits, but I'll be lucky to get a shirt and some jeans. Don't get me wrong, the clothes here are nice and they definitely get the job done, but knowing what I know, I do feel the clothes are a little over priced. When I go in there they do have a lot of clothes and sizes and a different variety of sizes which I appreciate. It's a hit or miss on how well the place is staffed. Sometimes they got it and some times they don't. There is always a line. It goes pretty fast, but sometimes it don't. It's the best I'm going to get out here, so I will be coming back here.
