Belle was AWESOME!! We had purchased an item and needed help with a substitution. Belle and her team were incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. I thought our question was going to be incredibly difficult and time consuming but Belle quickly sought and received the higher level approvals to resolve our issue. It was a pleasure working with them on this issue - totally exceeded our expectations!! Thank you!!

Home Depot is placing entirely too much product in the main aisleways now. It's making it unbearable to go there, especially during busy hours and frustrating to just get around the store with a shopping cart. I've been finding myself going online more to purchase from Amazon and such to avoid going into stores. Shopping enjoyment for me with Home Depot is diminishing (which is a shame) and I find it similar to going there as I do Walmart now. I'm not a safety nut, but I feel like the main aisleways should be kept clear in case of emergency situations any ways.

I have shopped at Home Depot at this location for years and spent over six figures. I finally had an issue with the washer and dryer and called for assistance and was told not their problem after 48 hours after multiple attempts to get help from manufacturer Home Depot not able to back the product I only purchased from them two months ago, I’m very disappointed and will not purchase appliances from them again and now worry all other appliances if have issue I will be out the money. No support do not buy just buy local at local appliance store who has warranties themselves or at least assists you in warranty repairs .

Had a wonderful experience at Home Depot today. Was ordering exterior doors and dealt with an employee named Luke. He greeted me so pleasantly with a smile and wonderful demeanor. He was extremely helpful, accommodating, and very willing to answer my questions. He got out of his chair and showed me different options and offered advice. It is sometimes so hard to find someone to help you; someone that will go above and beyond. Nowadays, it seems like bare minimum is what you get…and not even that much anymore. But this gentleman…. You can tell he loves his job and is extremely good at it. I really appreciate the time he took with me. Home Depot is lucky to have him. So impressed by him.

Staff here are unprofessional. Maybe they should keep their personal opinions about my child’s clothing attire to themselves rather than judging people. Very disappointed on how unprofessional some employees here have become.
