I'm in this place more than I'd like to admit to, but I have to say that the customer service has always been excellent, friendly and for the most part...knowledgeable. I've never had an issue with my purchases and more recently I purchased carpet, pad and installation for my home. The crews were fast, courteous, professional and did the job beautifully. All-in-all it is my preferred place to go for all my house projects AND starting at the beginning of January they will start registering military personnel's phone numbers for the 10% discount offered.

Dont buy Ridgid tools they are terrible. The customer service at this location and manager are not contractor friendly. Home Depot does not stand behind their products. Ridgid tools might be good for the home owner but for everyday use. not so good. I went through two Ridgid compressors in a 38 month period. not good! The last one lasted 13 months!! Shop at Lowes and buy Hitachi!

A regular smegular Home Depot that is located in the Red Mill area. Close to my house and easy to go to after escaping Target. The smell of "hardware" and wood always welcome you when you walk in. I remember growing up, I attended the kid classes and built things. That will always be a favorite memory. I actually still have the apron lol. Home Depot having a creative outlet like that for kids is really cool and helps create memories. Home Depot carries a lot of your hardware goods to help improve whatever project you have going on. Just like any other Home Depot, the bathrooms are located in the back of the store. Guest service and the cashiers are at the front. They also have an area that you can get paint / paint samples. Every time we come here, my family always gets help from Tee. He is very knowledgeable about where items are located and how to use certain items.

Poor customer service. I bought a garbage disposal and it leaked after 6 months in use. Box says 1 year warranty but Home Depot employees say they only warranty for 90 days. I bought it from Home Depot but they want me to warranty thru manufacturer. What an inconvenience. Bought another one. What a waste of money. Customer service Sucks.

Worst store ever. Tried to order about 16 k in flooring and they messed up the measurements, wouldn't call me back, didn't seem to care at all. I ordered my floors from empire and whole house was done in a week

Yesterday afternoon we visited to get our Christmas tree and I cannot say enough great things about the staff. They were so kind and helpful, they had that tree on top of our car in no time, and with smiles on their faces while they did it. It helped my Christmas cheer swell even more. Keep up the great work, and thank you for helping us bring home some holiday cheer!!!

Military Members go to LOWES I called Home Depot to inquire about purchasing carpet and install for my house, and was informed that I would receive 10% military discount on the carpet and pad, but I would have to pay in the store. So I went ahead, paid Home Depot to measure my house, and picked out carpet and a pad. I went into this Home Depot to pay for the carpet ($5,700), show my military ID, and set up an install date. I was told by an employee that I am not eligible for a military discount because this is a "custom order," so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me that he is "not going to make an issue out of this" and offered me a $50 discount because that is the max discount they give to military. I informed him that the max discount is $500 per HDs policy. He told me "because this is a military town, we cap our discount at $50. If you lived somewhere like Texas, they don't have a cap because there is little military there." Well mister know it all, there are over 30 bases in Texas, and just a year and a half ago I ordered Pergo flooring from this very same HD and received a 10% military discount (as advertised). I called Lowes and they stated that they will absolutely give a military discount with NO cap. Lowes is coming to measure my house tomorrow. I'm done with Home Depot. Go Jimmie Johnson #48

This is as nice as any other Home Depot. All the same stuff and it's close to the house. Got plenty of plants for the yard and had a decent selection of lumber for some side projects I'm working on.

Craig is a fantastic associate. I came in last week and he went above and beyond to get us the perfect grill. He went to customer service and negotiated getting us a model already put together, he was fantastic. I also love how everyone trats my dogs when I come in. They even have dog cookies at the front door. It's a great place to go especially when it's too hot to take the dogs to run regular errands.

Military buyers beware. Today I went into the store today to purchase a $2,500 Ryobi electric lawn mower with the intention of using the 10% military discount. After ringing it up and paying for the mower and other items I realized that the price I paid did not add up. I got a discount of $50. With the price of the lawn mower alone I should had received $250 off. I brought this to the attention of customer service and they told me that the military discount caps out at $50. I told them everything on the internet says they cap out at $500. I asked to read their military discount policy and they showed me one that stated they provide a 10% discount on purchases of up to $5,000 (excludes special orders and commodities). So indeed I should had received a $250 discount. The employee called the manager and she said that was an old policy. So I asked to see a new one. She couldn't provide a new one and called up corporate. After speaking to corporate for awhile she had me speak to them. The guy told me they do cap out at $50. But he was concerned that they were advertising the wrong policy and said that the manager could honor the old policy. I asked the manager if they would honor the advertised policy and she said she would have to ask the General Manager. After waiting an hour to resolve this the General Manager texted her back and said no. The reason was if they did it for me they would have to do it for everyone. Needless to say I asked for a refund out of principle alone and will take my business to Lowes who actually honor the 10% military discount with no stipulations even though that mower is only available at the Home Depot.

So we came to The Home Depot looking for fire wood or a duraflame log tonight. It turns out after going through every aisle and talking to multiple employees, they have no flame logs or fire wood. What kind of home improvement store has no fire wood!?!?!?!?!?

Worst Home Depot I've been too. Cashiers are the laziest an rudest out of all the stores in vb. Why I only go to lowes an never go to Home Depot is bc if this store.
