Judy did a fabulous and accurate job in about 30minutes! She was quite knowledgeable and efficient! The manager made her charge me $259, so the only negative was that. Originally, Judy quoted me about $59. That manager is not flexible about rates at all! Get a new manager!

Friendly staff, got the job done but way too expensive. I have pretty basic taxes, a couple W2s and 1099s and it cost over $500. Knowing that, I'll probably just stick to the online software in the future.
