We had to call the police!!After dropping off our car and not hearing a word from them all day, we called to find out when it would be ready.They said "yeah, we lost your keys, being another set and we will clean your car."We immediately drove there to figure out what happened. They started trying to give us cash. Then when we continued to ask about the keys they got up in our faces and were yelling trying to intimidate us.We called the police after they started to insult my wife.

This review is way overdue. I have used Irving's details for both my vehicles. I have two sons under the age of 8 and my SUV usually looks horrendous. However, after I use Irvings, I feel like I'm riding in luxury by how clean my GMC is. I recommend the mini detail :)

Had a 9 am appointment, got there at 8:50. Nobody ever showed, waited until 9:30 and gave up. Wish they could pay me for my wasted time including the time to travel to and from.

Five Stars! My two toddlers are wonderful artists. Unfortunately, the inside of the car became their canvas all around their car-seats. It was pretty bad, but I'm so glad that Irving's Detailing could come to the rescue. They worked hard on it for sure, and it looks as good as new now. I have had my car detailed at Irvings many times. I'm from out of town and these guys do such a great job, that I wait till I am visiting Virginia Beach to have my car detailed. I sometimes rent my house, and tell my guests this is where to go if they need a detail. I have always gotten the mini detail. Good value for what my car needs. I was looking for a car wash/detailing place since my car is going into storage soon. (military) I called and they were able to take me the day I called with no appointment. We're very polite and accommodating. They told me it would be a little over an hour. Called to check and it was ready.Car looks fantastic! I highly recommend Irvings if your looking for a wash and detail for a reasonable price. Thanks guys!
