Rude to certain people. I was polite and even pointed out that he gave me extra change. No greeting, didn't ask if I needed anything. No please or thank you despite being quite chatty with the other customer that had just left. I guess if you don't look like you're supposed to shop there they don't want your business. Also, I was the only person in the store so they definitely weren't too busy to offer even a hello.

Allow me to update you on the J Crew Factory store on the BLVD..! You see these socks, that’s the sole reason. Store rep helped me pick, and I am very satisfied! Material is a bit cheap though & I’m still giving 5stars…!

Placed an order online, received items with security tags on them. Brought to store to have tags removed and was treated like I stole the items by the clerk. Manager came out and helped with no problem but the clerk was rude for no reason. First and last time.

Everything is over priced, you won’t find any deals here.They jacked up the price and then put 40% or 50% on an item but in reality the item is still massively over priced .I’m currently going to look online for used or cheaper options but I appreciate being able to try on things before I go and spend my money elsewhere .

The man that works there, Brad is so rude. I’ve been there multiple times and she’s either walking around slamming boxes pouting because he hast to hang up close or being rude to kids. He’s honestly unacceptable as an employee. I can’t believe he has a job in customer service.

Service was unacceptable as not a single person spoke to my wife , daughter or myself. The salesperson was literally standing right beside and totally ignored us. Obviously, no patronizing here.

Great clothes and super sale prices. Helpful and friendly staff. Changing rooms are a nice size and the store is clean.

Not a store , I typically shop or window shop in , but some of the store associates were naturally friendly.

Good service but some things required to stay in line with the life time warranty is ridiculous like tire rotations. Tires are not part of the warranty.
