Called several times to get the cost of a coolant flush! Young Man pick up the phone, I let him know that I get my service there. HUNG UP on me. 4:00 pm Saturday!!! My voice might be harsh but to hang up!!! I will go somewhere else...

The young lady that greeted me was wonderful. She was courteous and smiling, I could tell she enjoys her job. The technician did a fantastic job in the jiffy lube fashion. I highly recommend the Jiffy lube on Indian River in Virginia Beach right off of S Military Highway. I'm never disappointed!

I would not recommend this location if customer service is important to you. From the moment I arrived, I got the impression that I was bothering the staff. Two cars were in one bay and the other bay was closed.
It looked as if the doing mechanical work on the vehicles that were unrelated to Jiffy Lube. I have been to this location on 2 other occasions but will not return in the future.

By far the absolute worst jiffy line I have ever been to. Paid to get an oil change and nothing was done. None of the fluids were checked nor topped. Nothing that was supposed to be included was done. Then they ran over a razor and refused to fix my tire. I had a huge gash in my tire with a razor sticking out. Loosing air by the second. I had to go to two three tires shops just to find one who could help. A simple oil change costed me $200. Please do not go there. Not to mention they forgot to tighten my pan so as I was driving I heard clanking. 15 min later at a stop I seen what it was!!!!
