About Kempsriver Center

Kempsriver Center is a shopping center located at the intersection of Kempsville Road and Indian River in Virginia Beach. It contains many stores packed into the area, including a cross stitch shop, Beach Eye Care, Pet Supplies Plus with a pet clinic, Outback Steakhouse, Dollar Tree, and a Rainbow shop. Visitors also note Papas Greek Pub, Tropical Smoothie, Burger King, and Taco Bell. Parking can be tight but is adequate. The center is across from Park Lane Tavern, which is next to the Cinema Cafe and a post office. It is described as a straightforward place with lots of stores.

    Lots of different shops, places to eat, Philippines bakery and store.

    We were visiting the cross stitch shop which would get 5 stars. The parking at this shipping center can be tight but was adequate.
