Lazy staff, rude, always make you wait for your food. Whatever you are told the wait will be at the window, you can bank on the fact that it will at least be double that. If you show up 2 hours before the posted closing time, you can guarantee that you will be told that they are out of most of what you are going to order if it not a quickly prepared item like, say extra crispy chicken.

Prices don’t match drive thru menu. Seriously a 12 piece family pack ends up $44. They out of their freaking mind! Deserve a couple of live chickens at that price.

I gave this location a bad review some time ago but ago but they redeemed themselves with this past visit. The staff were nice and efficient and the food was good with order accuracy.

First time at an American KFC in years! Better than the Korean version for sure. Chicken, the original recipe, was terrific. I like the different ways you can order the chicken. I went all dark meat. Japanese and Korean KFC won't do that. The slaw was like I remembered, a bit less sweet than Korea, which surprised me. Sides were a good size. Nice biscuits. The best part was the really friendly service. Woman was uber terrific. Give her a bonus. Restaurant was clean, the table we sat at had flowers for decor. Bathroom was spotless. Easy parking, quick friendly service, hot food served quickly. What more do you want? Two people, multiple extra sides, $33.

lazy staff, a big woman in the window refused to take the order, with all her appearance she showed how she hates her job, is rude and speaks unintelligibly. Usually the quality of service is better here.

I like KFC but was disappointed that an 8 piece chicken strip which are not very big are 20.99....WTH....that's ridiculous. Unfortunately my son did not check the price (used my debit card) of it before buying it with other KFC items. The other items were good. I just can't get over the price of 8 piece chicken strip.

They don't accept $30 bucket meal as described in ad...say it has to be ordered on-line and paid for with a Credit Card . Does not come with chicken tenders those were an extra $12 for 5...then I got home with food that ended up costing almost $45 not $30 andddd to top off the bad experience---the biscuits were MISSING. Super badddd experience!!

They didn't put my coleslaw in my order for the 2nd time. It's frustrating when you get home and realize something that was $3-4 isn't there.

I rarely eat KFC because I never had good experiences with them, especially with the bone-in chicken. They original recipe chicken were under-cooked. I always wound-up cooking it at home for a few more minutes to fully cook it. Tonight's order was much better, and it still needs a lot of work in the accuracy department!!! Food was fully cooked! Fries were crispy!! Missing my dipping sauces. I had the "Bag-of-drink" with SWEET TEA; got unsweetened tea. I wish I could have upgraded the drink from a medium to a large drink with my online order. There were no gluten-free options.Dietary restrictions: Need to add gluten-free options, paying STRICT attention to detail to prevent cross-contamination (ie using separate cooking and serving utensils, serving/prep areas, food handlers changing gloves when transitioning between gluten-free and non-gluten-free foods, etc...)
