If you are the child of an aging parent and need to sell their home quickly, make Kim your first call! Her empathy and compassion dealing with older family members was second to none! We met a few months before we were ready to start the home selling process and discussed what that would look like. When we were ready to start the process, she was there every step of the way - from cleaning out the house, to remodeling it, to listing, contract, and closing! Remarkably we were able to accomplish all of this from start to finish in less than 2 months with Kim's help, all while living in another state. I was only in town 5 days, but with Kim's watchful eye and expertise the process was seamless.

Kim Johnson was my selling broker for a beach house in Virginia Beach. The house itself was being partially used for summer rentals, and as such, had sort of a beach shack motif. She helped me alter the decor and feel of the house to achieve a better market value. She also helped potential buyers imagine what the house could be. During the sales process she helped in innumerable ways, from an extensive advertising campaign, to coordinating with contractors (I was not local). Kim's efforts were unflagging, and her counsel to me patient and well founded. She worked around my rental business in creative and extraordinary ways. I always felt that she was on my side, as she went above and beyond the call in her efforts.

Kim was so vital in getting absolute top dollar for my home. Her attention to detail in doing the initial walk-through of my home and recognizing the small things that could be done to get a better price was amazing to see. When unexpected hurdles popped up....she was quick to respond, reassure and see that the issues were tended to immediately. Based on previous reviews, I made the decision from the beginning to trust Kim and let her do what she does best...SELL YOUR HOME. In other words, I didn't micro-manage her. I just rolled with her suggestions After all, she's the professional. She's the expert. Not only has she been doing this for nearly 25 years, she truly enjoys it! So I went with her suggestions and let the process unfold. She patiently answered any question that I asked. Some were likely goofy questions...but she always took the time to explain everything. Her communication was great. She ALWAYS let me know what was going on throughout the process. Kim also has an amazing network of highly skilled and experienced contractors that took care of repairs and touch-ups around my house. I highly recommend using Kim to buy or sell your home. Kim did an exceptional job at selling my house. She worked very well dealing with a divorced couple living in two different states in keeping us updated. I am very grateful for all the hard work she did in getting all the paperwork together for electronic signatures, hiring and organizing contractors for getting the house up to par for a high selling price at reasonable prices. I have never seen the house so beautiful in the virtual staging. The showings must have been awsome because listed on Friday and had a pending Contract by Sunday or Monday.
