I like it that they always give you a quote before the repair, clearly explains the issue, gets the job done quickly, and do not pressure you to use their service. Their payment system is also very streamlined, great for record keeping.

Lee and his team are awesome! Very fair and trustworthy. Doesn't try to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary items like a lot of mechanic shops try to do. Been taking my vehicles there for years.

I went to get an inspection, but never got the chance. I went to the website to schedule the inspection, and promptly received both a text an email reply stating there was no need to schedule the service, they have so many technicians that you can just come in for the service at "whichever time is best for you". They start at 730, I arrived at 734 am. Walked in and asked for an inspection and the woman inside said, "not gonna happen, we are already 12 deep." This was a HUGE inconvenience to me. If I had known this, I would have scheduled the service elsewhere. I was not given the opportunity to do so, because both the text an email assured me it was not necessary, that there were plenty technicians that it would be possible up to 6:00 pm at this location. If that's not how it works, I should have been called when they received my service request so I could prepare accordingly. And the flip way that she said it, "not gonna happen," pissed me off even more. I didn't appreciate and I wouldn't return in the future.

I love it that I can make a appointment for oil change and it's done on time and I'm there under a hour. Great service.
