I did a online order pick up for this store on Friday . I got the alert my order was ready . Get here and it's not the lady Diana who's the head of the online shop orders tells me they haven't even started it yet. So I sit there and wait mean while cars who came after me are getting their orders . She comes out again and I ask her her why and apparently because they didn't have milk and things that can't sit out . Then she goes back in & comes back out later . She asks about the subs they had to make ( we didn't get a alert about them ) she's mad that she we didn't respond what they subbed . So she explains items to they chose and then she is mad when I don't the sub items . One was a diary creamer ( original item was supposed be non dairy, second on a green beans ( we wanted snap pees ) . At this point she's very frustrated and yelling . She then goes back in to take off the items they had to sub because we didn't want them . But she didn't take off the items and ran my card then came back out and told she had fix what she did so it would take longer . She's yelling at my husband like this is his fault so At This point I go inside and when she sees me she throws the other creamer by the online shop room saying this is the right one and I'm very confused . I got the service desk speak to a manger and they were sorry but at this point it doesn't matter I had spent a good amount of money and was treated like trash for no reason. So I go back my car that is in the online shop spot and as im getting into my car the same lady DIANA who is the lead for online shop . Starts screaming at me and my husband. So we go back in speak someone again because this is very uncalled for . The lady above said they would speak her again and gave m $10 Kroger card . As that was supposed make up for how we were treated. This is one the worst Kroger's to go too! I don't recommend anyone going here unless you wanna be treated like trash! If I could give them n zero stars I would! This not how you treat people ! This lady still works there so she faced zero charges repercussions for what she did!

I used to love this store, but their customer service has seriously declined over the past year. There is a mean old white lady in the meat dept that always has a scowl on her face and will look at you like you're in the way if she is out to stock product. Most of the front end workers clearly hate their job, and/or show zero interest in helping customers and often have private conversations while ignoring customers seeking service. I have left multiple feedback responses via receipt surveys with no response. I really think they, both the store, the "managers" and corporate, couldn't care any less about what their customer experience is like. The price tags don't always match up to what rings up at the register. The in app coupons don't always work, and the cash back offers regularly do not give you credit. I have messaged corporate twice and no response. I recently moved but have still driven back to this location despite the distance. I'm ready to cut ties with not only this location, but Kroger altogether. They're too big to care about individual experiences and don't give a hoot about responding to valid complaints.

Charles was very rude I walked up to the booth typed my number in he didn’t ask which of my fuel points I wanted to use or nothing and then I turn around only to see that he didn’t use any of them!!!! What was the point of you asking me to type my number in!?!? Only for you to turn around and not use any of them towards my gas smh!!!

I went up to the booth to pay for gas, and the lady was super rude, I will never go back to this station ever again, I don’t care how cheap or expensive your gas is, I will never come back here. You guys don’t accept $50 or $100 bills that’s fine I’m okay with that but you don’t need to be rude about it.

They promotion freshness as a diversion from hefty price increases in most of the products. For instance $1.2 for one apple or $0.9 for one lemon, outrageous!

The ads on TV are funny! Often missing items I want to buy. Sale items sell out fast and are not replenished often. Only one or two living person check out. Lots of self check outs.

The majority of the folks at this Kroger are awesome. However, the guys stocking the meat items this am were rude and told my wife and I that we were in their way. It's terrible that one of two rude guys can ruin a nice shop where everyone else in the store are always courteous and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

I will never, ever shop for groceries here again! I used to shop here weekly and for some reason they would not stand up to their products that they sell! The oranges were rotten and when I called up there, no manager available, no return call. I emailed their corporate office, no reply, seriously? When I finally talked to someone I was offered a $5 credit! The oranges cost more than that. Although inconvenient to go elsewhere I will never shop here again! Horrible customer service!

Great location. Very clean. Helpful staff. Well organized and well stocked. They have self check out lines too. I love the convenience of this location. I am able to quickly find what I need and check out with no problems. Assistance is always nearby to help me find my way around. I would definitely recommend.

I LOVE kroger. But not this kroger. Ran in for a few items before going to the hospital. There was one lane open and it had a huge line. When i went over to self check out there was a card error. They kept having me retry even though it obviously was an issue. Then sent me to customer service. Before I could check out THREE separate side personal conversations happened. I waited 10 full minutes while these personal conversations occurred-no one else in line, just them being rude to a paying customer waiting there for help. Melissa, I believe was her name, a manager, was particularly unhelpful. I'll never go back to this store.

This Kroger used to be my ride or die, go to grocery store. Not anymore though. Every time I've gone for the last 3 weeks there have only been the self-checkout option open. This change happened after they moved to the "scan as you go" grocery option. Maybe I'm just lazy but I don't want to scan and bag my own stuff. I'll be using a different grocery store from now on â€
