Went to the pharmacy few times the line is always very long and it’s always one cashier which is the little girl and nobody helps her. Hopefully they can improve their service and hire more people.

Been going here for years. Scott one of the head pharmacist is why. He pays attention to your needs. I think he takes it personally as a pharmacist, others there it is hit and miss. I will use them forever, unless Scott leaves.

Should have read reviews before using. Rachel is rude and refuses to do her job. If you have any thing where she has to do anything other than take your name and grab a bag it likely won’t be done. She is hostile for no reason and refuses to properly fulfill needs as a pharmacist. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I have never had this issue with Kroger pharmacy in the past.

Depends on the day... some days you get someone nice and willing to help other days... not so much. I'll pay more and switch to a different pharmacy just to have a consistently pleasant interaction

I shop here frequently. Never had an issue. ALWAYS kind people, GREAT service. Today was different. I had shopped yesterday and purchased the wrong item. Light, instead of regular, miracle whip. All I wanted to do was exchange it. It had not been opened. The lady in customer service was rude from the beginning. "Where was my receipt? As she was looking for the expiration date, she asked did I know where it was on the jar?" As if I was exchanging an old outdated item. As I walked to pick up the item I needed to exchange, and purchase a few things, I was more put off by her crummy and accusing tone. I mean seriously, what was I trying to accomplish? Steal something by exchanging it? When I told her I just went ahead and paid for it and that I really didn't care for her accusing tone... she actually argued with me; from behind the desk! WOW.

This Kroger is conveniently located in the Providence Square Shopping area. The bakery is full of bread and deserts. There's fresh meat and seafood section for the home cook. The Floral area has rows of bouquets ready for that special person. The store is laid out well and quite clean
