this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. they never have my medication on time. they also text me and tell me my medication is ready but when I come they say they don't have it. I called the manager asking what is happening with my meds and she told me she send them to a different store when I asked why she said she doesn't want to deal with those meds.

V helpful I called them to ask to rush my prescription because the website stated it wont be ready until Tue afternoon (its for pain meds & antibiotics!!) they prepared it ASAP and they were friendly v helpful. Thank you

Was using Rite Aid Pharmacy until they went bankrupt. My account was then transferred to Kroger Pharmacy on Holland Road in Virginia Beach. Went to Kroger for the first time today. Was very impressed with the staff that work in the Pharmacy! Everyone was courteous and friendly! It was a pleasure doing business with them! I am extremely pleased to be going to this Kroger Pharmacy!

I have been getting the same medication for over 4 years and been going to the same pharmacy for awhile. Nothing has ever been a problem. Today for some reason a new pharmacist by the name of Lisa (she would NOT give me her last name) refused to fill my medication. I have a condition that I need that medication. For her to refuse to fill it for no reason when I have been getting it filled every month for years. I am so sick and if this does not get resolved then I am going to have to get legal involved because this is unacceptable. This is even after she spoke to my doctor she still refused to fill the medicine. Please get this handled ASAP. I need my MEDICATION.

Pharmacy calls stating my prescription ready and they close at 5. I'm here at 1:05 but closed at lunch. What is going on in this world. Why does every pharmacy employee need to take lunch at the same time. Time to transfer my scripts
Why not just close the entire Kroger store for lunch.

I've been a loyal customer with Kroger Pharmacy for years. The whole staff is absolutely wonderful. Julio has gone over and above trying to help me figure out my insurance problems/drug coverages over the past few months. Great customer service!

I have been a loyal customer of Kroger pharmacy for over a year and I am very satisfied with their service. They always have the medications I need in stock and they offer competitive prices. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly, and they always answer my questions and explain the instructions clearly. They also offer convenient services such as online refills, automatic reminders, and free delivery. I appreciate that they care about my health and well-being, and they always go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and valued. Kroger pharmacy is the best pharmacy in town and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs quality care and products.
