Purchased alcohol, they checked my ID, I am of age, walked out the door and then was chased down by some lady saying she needed to see my Fiancés ID. She didn’t have her purse so therefore no ID. So the lady took our alcohol after we had already purchased it and was out the door. A little ridiculous.

I shop here all the time , the one thing that drives me crazy is the self checkout machines. Do they ever reset these machines. After you scan an item it says place item in bag. When you place the item in the bag it says please scan all items before placing them in bag. After this happens 3 or 4 times when you go to pay it calls an associate over to check the number of items in yours bags. They never do because I'm guessing it does this to every one using it. These machines either need to be fixed or reset occasionally. I am about over the self checkout.

Their customer service is awful. Instacart failed to deliver an order so I called for a refund because they had already charged my account. I was then told that they would only give half back because that is all they could see, meanwhile I had my Kroger app receipt and bank statement that showed the correct amount. Then she came back to ask me for the first 6 digits of my card number and I told her to pound sand. Pretty sure we just got robbed of $300. I’ll be disputing with my bank but this service is insanely poor.

I placed an order for pick up at around 9 AM EST for just some chicken and 2-3 sides for an 11:30 AM pick up.So I call, just to verify that the order is ready for pick up and the lady explained that there was no chicken for the order to be fulfilled.I guess they did not think it was important to call me to inform me of thatI'm glad I did not just drive down there under the assumption it was completed.Use the phone, it takes two seconds and you waste less people's time. That was very inconsiderate and unprofessional

Been waiting over a month for them to restock there KROGER brand!!! Product. Specifically kroger birthday cake granola. Not like they've ordered in in 6 months prior cuz last 4 bags I bought were over 6 months expired either mold. Wouldn't be upset but its KROGER MANUFACTURED. Wife got so many moldy expired stuff from this store and they literally could care less

The individual at the front desk, known as Jackson, exhibited disrespectful behavior and was unpleasant to interact with. Despite muttering insults under his breath, he went on to publicly call me an unpleasant name. Additionally, when I inquired about speaking with a manager, he informed me there was none available. However, a female staff member did assist me and was helpful. I'll be letting my friends know not to shop here any longer

It was fine. When I first walked in, it was a bit overwhelming because of the fishy smell. But other then that it was nice. Clean.Not friendly though. Was not greeted or spoken to. ?♀️ seems like that is the norm everywhere. What a shame. ?

I live closeby, so I shop at this Kroger every week....but they really need to work on their customer service. The cashiers NEVER talk to you. No asking if everything was okay-nothing. I've never had a grocery cashier be so silent and sulky. It makes me not want to shop here anymore. I used to be a cashier myself and always talked to every customer. Please fix this. There is no excuse.

I don’t come here often. Normally it’s nice, but my visit today left a bad taste in my mouth. I have a service animal who helps with a heart condition I have. I cannot go anywhere alone without him as I might black out at any moment which is obviously dangerous. Having a dog with me, I’m going to be covered in dog hair and dander always. I have pain in my hands so I struggle to open produce bags, so I use my dog and touch his nose to get some moisture on my fingers to make opening the bags easier. The manager gave me such a difficult time with this saying it’s not allowed. She started off with “the dog is fine” as if giving me permission I don’t need, as he’s legally considered medical equipment. She mentioned people with allergies which I understand, but it doesn’t matter whether I touch my dogs nose or not, I have dog on my hands. Her attitude was extremely dismissive and rude. Definitely bad impression

The staff at Kroger is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. It's a place for neighborly treatment.I would give 5 stars if the shelves were well stocked and the pharmacy still accepted Tricare for 2023. That's unfortunate because the workers have to cut their hours with less work now. I imagine the shopping will be down as well, which impacts the store and the bottom line for our local Kroger.

I did a online order pick up for this store on Friday . I got the alert my order was ready . Get here and it's not the lady Diana who's the head of the online shop orders tells me they haven't even started it yet. So I sit there and wait mean while cars who came after me are getting their orders . She comes out again and I ask her her why and apparently because they didn't have milk and things that can't sit out . Then she goes back in & comes back out later . She asks about the subs they had to make ( we didn't get a alert about them ) she's mad that she we didn't respond what they subbed . So she explains items to they chose and then she is mad when I don't the sub items . One was a diary creamer ( original item was supposed be non dairy, second on a green beans ( we wanted snap pees ) . At this point she's very frustrated and yelling . She then goes back in to take off the items they had to sub because we didn't want them . But she didn't take off the items and ran my card then came back out and told she had fix what she did so it would take longer . She's yelling at my husband like this is his fault so At This point I go inside and when she sees me she throws the other creamer by the online shop room saying this is the right one and I'm very confused . I got the service desk speak to a manger and they were sorry but at this point it doesn't matter I had spent a good amount of money and was treated like trash for no reason. So I go back my car that is in the online shop spot and as im getting into my car the same lady DIANA who is the lead for online shop . Starts screaming at me and my husband. So we go back in speak someone again because this is very uncalled for . The lady above said they would speak her again and gave m $10 Kroger card . As that was supposed make up for how we were treated. This is one the worst Kroger's to go too! I don't recommend anyone going here unless you wanna be treated like trash! If I could give them n zero stars I would! This not how you treat people ! This lady still works there so she faced zero charges repercussions for what she did!

I typically only come to this Kroger because I work on first colonial and today I went to customer service and the lady working the front name was Kristy with a K as she told me. She was rude, if I cash a check and you are giving me money back don’t sit my money on the counter and tel me have a nice day, hand it to me in my hand. When I bought it to Kristy with a K attention she said “oh you want to give it back to me and I hand it to you” she didn’t even give me my license back. I asked her for it back and she yet again put it on the counter and said have a good day. Just rude!I don’t understand why you hire someone to work in customer service when they ARE NOT CUSTOMER service friendly.I see I’m not the only one who’s had an issue with her because I see another review about her rudeness on google!! ,KROGER TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY! Not just to certain people but to everyone! I left that store heated!I asked for a manger and the way the front end manager approached me I didn’t even feel to bother explaining anything to her. I simply asked for the GM name and number
