19 days later and still don't have my mattress. Engaged with customer support after no shipping notification for two weeks. Customer support refunded my mattress by mistake and then tried to re-invoice me for more than I had initially paid.I had to call repeatedly to confirm the mattress shipped and still haven't received email confirmation that it shipped.The major reason we bought this mattress when we did was to avoid sleeping on an an air mattress after a long distance move. That certainly didn't work out. At this point our household stuff will probably get here from our old place before the mattress does, despite it traveling further and shipping out over a week after we ordered our mattress.

worst service I've ever experienced and they are totally unresponsive. The bed frame is broken and they ignore the problem or are extremely slow to reply. This problem has been going on for over 10 weeks. Every time I call the main # I go to voicemail, which is never returned. They should stop its gratuitous messages and respond to a dissatisfied customer.

**good quality mattress but needs air-out strong smell after unpacking**We purchased a Leesa Hybrid in October. It is a good quality mattress, firm and supportive, and I like it that the movement is isolated, so if I get up or move at night, I won't wake up my wife.However, After we bought it, We have been running a fan in our bedroom for 7 weeks on this mattress to get the smell is off to the level that we could sleep on it. Even after 7 weeks, if I keep the bedroom door closed for a day, I could still smell it. I still sometimes run the fan in my master bedroom when I am not sleeping. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning and I could smell the mattress smell that built up over the night.It severely delayed our timeline of moving into our master bedroom. During that time, We have to sleep somewhere else.Leesa customer support said that the smell is not considered to be a defect with the product or quality issue, as there is an odor associated with foam.Overall it is a mattress with good quality, firm and supportive. Though their customer support could not address this issue but they are responsive to our inquiries and questions. However, the smell is something really disappointing. It's not what I expected from a mattress of that price point. Be prepare for weeks of air-out time if you plan to purchase one.

Great company with great products. I’ve slept on a Leesa mattress for six years now and it’s been the best six years of sleep. If you wake up with any sort of pain or have trouble sleeping, check out Leesa’s 4 mattresses. Whether you like foam, or springs, plush or firm Leesa has a mattress for you. Also, Leesa donates a mattress for every 10 sold. Most donations help support children that have gone most of their lives without a mattress to sleep on. Check em out.

So I had a tempur-pedic for years and I slept on a Leesa at my friend's house. When it was time for a new mattress, I went with Leesa instead of dropping 5k for a tempur-pedic. I got the classic mattress, and it is way more comfortable than my old one for a fraction of the price. I called customer service because I had some questions and I was speaking to live help in no time and they were incredibly friendly and efficient.Even during COVID, ordering and receiving my new mattress took no time at all and I'm sleeping amazing!

Took 20 days for us to receive our purchase. Monica had a lot of excuses for the delay. When we finally got our delivery notification, they delivered them to the VB Leesa headquarters and not our house. My friend bought a bed from them a week after we did and received it the same week so I believe it was an issue with the sales rep and she made multiple mistakes. We bought two twin beds, a king, pillows, two bed frames for the twins with legs, and a platform for the king.

We recently ordered a Leesa Hybrid mattress after reading all the reviews, ordering it was easy & we also paid an extra $150 to set it up & remove old mattress, box spring. The mattress was delivered by XPO logistics arranged by Leesa, however they did not remove the old stuff as agreed, they left itby the curbside saying they had no room in their truck & it will be picked up in 24 hours. I contacted Leesa & told them about XPO logistics not completing the job as agreed, we had to pay someone locally to have it removed.We are happy with the mattress, however not happy with XPO, they claimed they were not paid for hauling the old stuff, extremely disappointed with XPO logistics.

Great experience! We learned about the company and the beds, no one was pushy while we tested and talked about getting a new bed. We ultimately left with a new bed and some accessories and I’m so happy we did. Best bed decision!

Easy to order, shipping and installation was easy, and the quality is exceptional.The website was easy to select the rightmattress and a week later it arrived at our house.The quality of sleep is vastly superior to a higher-end name brand we replaced.Their goals of improving the environment and the world made us feel better about the purchase.This is our new source for mattresses.
