I went to the liberty tax on Newtown and road. The service was amazing and the General manager Derek Hazard was just as amazing. 5/5 love this place and wouldn't want my taxes done anywhere else.

Mr.Derick And Ms. Toni were absolutely phenomenal with their service! Derick was quick and efficient while filing my taxes for me and he explained everything. I had absolutely no questions or even subtle worries upon leaving. And the hospitality from Ms.Toni was beyond words she was so caring and sharing! This was a great experience considering tax time can be a headache this was so easy. I’ll definitely come back for the next time.

The new store manager at Newtown Road has been doing our taxes for years. She is professional, kind, and efficient which has been the reasons for us following her to the new location. Do not go to this location absolutely unqualified staff and extremely rude didn't ask me about my tax paperwork and told me they couldn't file because they called their manager who was "working" that couldn't be bothered... I sat there personally and waited 3 hours to answer any paperwork the data enter needed. More than likely will mess up your return if it is anything more than a W-2. I personally have had great experiences with liberty tax but this location is a joke. You're better off trying to file online yourself then giving these guys your hard earned money.
