I did my taxes here when I was stationed in Virginia Beach. The experience was great. However, I've been trying to contact them since July of this year for my tax return, as it got lost when I was transferred to Japan, and they have failed to reply to any of my multiple emails.

Liberty Tax on General Booth is a terrific place with terrific employees!!! If you are like me and HATE the thought of doing your taxes each year, then you need to walk into this Liberty Tax and set up an appointment! Even if you are late filing or haven't filed for a few years, trust me, they will not only help you and give you great service, but they will do it at a fraction of what some other tax services and accountants do (I was charged $100 Less than my old accountant this year/2019!!). I would highly recommend any of the staff members, but Janeen is the store manager, as well as who I worked with, and she is awesome! Super nice and extremely knowledgeable!!
