Very melancholy about my trip. Needed wood that was out of stock on the floor but in inventory and the person at the lumber counter with the long pink nails talked to my wife like she was stupid because she said “they are out of stock one the floor etc…” she just kept repeating “they’re on that aisle blah blah blah.” There were over 20 employees on the store at this time and only two were willing to help, the rest were texting and shooting the breeze with each other. I can’t wait until jobs get harder to get for people and these lazy texting deplorable people have to fight for employment

be prepared to wait at least 30 min at curbside pickup even when u are the only car at curbside pickup. communication at this location between departments is not great. customer service is terrible. 2 people working with another 6 hanging out talking football. Noone at lawn and garden knows where anything is located.

I ordered an Electrolux washer dryer stack unit from here, salesman was nice to work with and had me all set up, however when it came time for delivery is where everything goes wrong. 3 people arrived 2 of them spoke 0 English and they had an interpreter with them, ok I get it everyone needs a job so I showed her everything and allowed them to continue while I went out side and cut my grass, after all Lowes states they have professional installs which I paid for. The girl comes out after about 30 minutes, tells me that the vent that Lowes sold me for the set up is not good and that I would need to buy the one they had off the truck for $30 cash or I would have to reschedule the delivery, she then tells me I can bring the other one back for a refund, ok I didn’t want to have to reschedule so I said go ahead with it. So around 40 minutes pass she comes out and says they are done. I went inside and they had it running and it looked good. When they left I decided to put a load of towels in, washer worked great I then put them in the dryer and when I started it the dryer moved on top of the washer. It literally moved almost off the washer. I then look up the stack kit part and read the instructions. They were suppose to take the feet off, which they didn’t, they were suppose to put these strips on the washer, which they didn’t, they were suppose to put this front bracket on which they didn’t. So now I call Lowe’s and explain the situation, I tell her they better bring a new stack kit because they took all the parts with them, she tells me she will send someone out the next day. At 830am the same 2 guys show up this time without their interpreter and they are scratching their heads, my phone rings and it’s their interpreter, she tells me that her guys called her and they have no idea why they are there, I tell her they installed the dryer wrong, I explain it to her and then she had to call her guys to explain it to them, she then calls me and tells me they will go and get the new kit and be right back, well right back was 6hrs later, they walked in and screwed the front bracket on, I’m trying to tell them it’s wrong but the no comprende, I told them good bye and to leave. I then went ahead and installed the kit myself. Not to mention they scratched the top of the washer because they didn’t put the strips down. I just want to know how can you send non English speaking people to someone’s house when they can’t communicate with other people and it’s obvious they have never installed a stack unit before. I advise if you had any installs like this check to make sure it is right before something happens like the dryer falls off the washer and hurts someone.

bought propane grill today at customer service but workers slackers,waited 10 mins to unlock the grill at front.
returned using receipt.
i reported to Eric,supervisor but he did not even apologize for his workers inefficiency !

I had to go in and purchase 3 portable air conditioners and let me tell you that I was treated so wonderfully. They got a cart, went and got them with me, after I paid, they went out to my SUV and placed them neatly in my SUV! EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE! 10+ ?♥️

Friendly service , far easier to find the things that I need than in the past. However, when I was there today, I was told that the product I was looking for didn't exist. Went to Home Depot and didn't get twenty feet inside before someone told me exactly where to find it. Once again, store staff in the building section was VERY helpful. 23JUL13. Had a hip replacement in April, there were no electric handicap carts. 24MAY16
