For the reputation of quality product and customer service, I was very disappointed that no one was interested in greeting or assisting me. It seemed like a teenager hang out spot more than a shop.

Extremely disappointed with this location lately. I am a committed lululemon customer and their customer service was one of the main reasons I continued to shop at the store. Returns/ exchanges used to be so simple and I believed that lululemon has the BEST return / exchange policy which kept me coming back. However, this location has made it nearly impossible. I have spent soooo much money for this company and returns should NOT be this difficult. This location is not living up to what I believe the lululemon company stands for with their quality and customer service, also a majority of the young ladies are rude and get annoyed if you want to return or exchange an item. Super disappointing, so not waste your time at this location.

The leggings are buttery soft. I would not advise to visit the store. It was my first time there no one greeted me or asked to assist me. When leaving they asked if I wanted to join I said no because of my bad experience at the store. The leggings are very soft one pair did start piling during the first wear. If I do ever buy another pair it will be online and a better price for the quality.

Not sure on these bad reviews. First time coming here and everyone was so nice and helpful. Great staff and store. All the ladies were professional, helpful, and welcoming.

I've tried to call this location for over a week, leaving multiple voice messages - with no call backs. Their customer service has completely failed at the location. Corporate should consider replacing management at this location ASAP.

No one spoke when I entered a small not busy space or even asked did I need help. I still purchased a pair of pants for my daughter she wanted for Christmas. I probably would have bought more if they had a customer service etiquette.

Great customer service. Pain in the @$$ to get to in Town Center. No parking. If it wasn't for my wife's birthday gift, I would have skipped it due to frustration trying to find a parking spot.

As least as much (if not more than) most women, I'm a fan of designer clothes. Add to that the fact that we've all learned that you get what you pay for. Sure, if you've been doing your homework, visiting one of their stores, or looked at Lululemon's website, then you've probably noticed that they are more than a little pricey...Generally, I have a hard time parting with money on material things, even when I really want something. I did though - for my very first lululemon item, I bought a hoodie. This hoodie was so mysteriously flattering, breathable, fitting, and was made to move in! I absolutely loved it; it became my favorite. Since then, I've bought many lululmeon items, and I have not once been disappointed. I'd venture to guess that you won't be either :-)

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to this store to make a sizeable purchase. Instead I walked out and did not purchase a single item. I have never been to a lululemon store before and now I will never go back into one either. Not a single employee greeted me as I walked in and I while I was in there the employees did not seem to care one bit about any of the customers in the store. They just stuck their noses in the air like they are better than the customers. I tried to get an associates attention but she kept walking away. As I was walking out something as entering the store, the employees could have cared less if I was walking out or not. I will take big purchase to another store.

Lululemon fires it’s employees for calling the police on shoplifters. They must not care about the safety of the employees and in turn the safety of there customers. Avoid all there stores.

I went in wanting to get a nicer set of matching workout gear. Maddy was such a great help in getting my items picked out. She helped me with sizing and orders some items online for me that weren’t available in store. I left with 2 matching set’s instead of one. Definitely a great experience!

Every person in the store was helpful and pleasant. I really did not want to like the store or the brand. They converted me and will test these pants on our trip to Italy. Plus, a discount for first responders. Now I have to bring my wife here which will dent the credit card! Thank you very much!
